Hibachi Express Highland City

Would give no stars if I could. This used to be the best fast food hibachi, not sure what happened but the quality and flavorless food we brought home was highly disappointed. Ordered medium steak, received well done. The drink carriers were also terrible. Half of the drinks spilled over in the car. I know things are expensive but you can tell they’re cutting corners in certain areas. Disappointed for them, and for me, as I spent $50.

We ordered steak hibachi dinners and both of them had very raw beef. So thank you for ruining our dinner. If I could give zero I would.

Okay so place is clean and welcoming with nice staff. But the food is not even close to quality or taste you would expect from an hibachi express, my steak was flavorless and my sushi was not good. I don’t think I will be coming back with the price for quality.

One of my favorite date spots. I also DoorDash and Miss GiGi is the reason I love to pick up orders here. Her friendly smile is the highlight of the experience.

I was done grocery shopping and was ready for a quick bite to go. As you can tell I was not in the mood to cook. Certainly worth the try! I tried the hibachi steak and scallops with fried rice with hibachi style veggies. BOMB.COM. If I had time, I would have sat down to dine in.

I have been coming to Hibachi Express here in Highland City for the last 4 years for myself and my coworkers. Ms. Gigi has always been my point of contact to insure all orders(sometimes up to 6) are correct upon pick up. We generally eat once a week here and are always pleased with the service and quality of food. Thank you Gigi and all of Hibachi Express of Highland City!
