Mediocre but generally clean, the AC vent was in decent condition, which a lot of hotels fail to keep the mold away.Slowest Wi-Fi speed at a hotel, up to around 5 Mbps. It’s been a long time since I last see a website load pictures this slow.There’s no filtered water in gym, which most other hotels do provide.

It’s definitely not cleaned. They definitely do not clean room well enough. Blankets ares dirty with bad smell. Carpet is definitely not cleaned. Bathroom are dirty. I highly don’t recommend anyone to stay in there!

DOES NOT HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER. Good rooms, not much to do around the area regarding restaurants. They replaced the business center with a broken iPad. I think Hampton/Hilton is discontinuing their business centers because most of the time, the computers or printers are down.

Totally ruined my mood this morning.There was hair in just about every rag which is unacceptable.More upsetting is being told one thing by the front desk at check-in and the something else later. Then when telling the front desk person what I was told before they say "well it's not in the system so he didn't say that". When I said "contact the person from last night so that he can confirm." I'm told "We can't do that."If someone tells you that they were told something, the least your staff can do is to check. Don't assume they're lying because it wasn't mentioned in the notes.And I wasn't even planning to take advantage of what I was told, but don't assume I'm lying.

This place is slowly going downhill. No iron in the room and they don't say anything until you need it then have to go retrieve it. The breakfast had turned to overcooked trash, at the same ridiculous price. Makeup all over the comforter. No milk for cereal. No coffee in the coffee area. I'm be staying somewhere else next time.
We have stayed here many times since my son lives here however I’m thinking I will be looking elsewhere. Room wasn’t cleaned called the front desk for towels and were told I would need to come down and get them . Power outlet in the bathroom would not hold the pug in for my wife’s hair dryer, thermostat on the wall didn’t work . Sure not the experience I expected from Hilton!

Great stay! I have stayed here several times and enjoyed each stay. Donna, at the front desk, was excellent! Friendly and professional with dedication to this location. Staff is always saying hi and always there for assistance. A clean location and plenty of parking. Just outside the Lakeland airport.
