My sister and I went here to have breakfast before shopping! The server was great! The food was horrible, though! We both tried to eat the eggs, potatoes, and toast, but it was awful! We sent it back and have them removed from our tab! The tea was great, though! Even though it was $5. I'm unsure if I would go there again! I've lived in Lakeland for 3 years now. 1st time I've been here!! Not a great experience!!!

I was referred by so many individuals when I arrived here a few days ago. When they first opened, my family and I arrived here early in the morning, and I was overjoyed. I was not let down by the waffles and chicken that I had ordered. I have never been more looking forward to breakfast, I will tell you. In a heartbeat, I finished my breakfast. Without a doubt, I will return here when I spend more time with my family. The staff is really kind and patient, and the costs are fair. Our waiters enjoyed our company and filled our refills. I wish I could rate everyone of you ten stars. Without a doubt, you guys deserve it.
Always great service and great food. I've never encountered cleanliness issues. A little pricy but not too much more than other establishments and the portions are huge so you get your money's worth. Love this place.

The Uber Eats delivery order from South Lakeland location was missing the home fries. Also, the food didn't taste as good as when I go in person to the North Lakeland location.

Our waitress Janine P. was exemplary. The poor review is on behalf of another waitress who delivered our food and brought an extra side of potatoes that we hadn't ordered. We pointed it out to our waitress when she returned and she said "Well, it's your lucky day, free potatoes." A few minutes later, the first waitress came back and said she was taking the potatoes, which we had already started eating, She said she could leave them but we'd be charged for them. My husband believes he saw her re-serve them when she came back out of the kitchen a few minutes later to another party.

This place is over priced garbage! I placed an order online, and when we got home the order was missing a lot of things and what was there looked horrible. I called to speak to them, the manager refused to speak to us, they refused to refund us and was just told it was out of their hands. I was completely shocked. Please save yourself the headache and NEVER GO THERE!!!!
Prompt, friendly service. Food was delicious and nicely presented. QR Scan menu available... a nice touch. Vegetarian options available, I had Eggs Florentine. We will return.

Great food. We have been to this location 5 times in the last year. Each time we come they do not have French Vanilla Creamer for coffee. When asked, the answer we are always given is " we ran out". Look if your primary business is breakfast, keep creamer for your coffee. I never run out of coffee creamer at my house because I know I drink coffee and am capable of handling my inventory appropriately. I have given them too many opportunities. Time to move to another breakfast place. Let me know when you can finally get your ordering straight. The food is good.

My husband and I came in for breakfast to kick off festivities for our anniversary on Jan 25 around 8. Our server (we didn’t catch her name) had a very dry personality. She was nice, but didn’t interact with us very much beyond taking our order. She dropped off the check when we had barely started eating (I still had three quarters of my waffle and my husband hadn’t started on his omelette yet) and kept walking by every few minutes looking to see if we’d put our payment down yet. We were sitting near the kitchen and could hear staff talking about someone having an infection and gory details about that. The food was great, but we were put off by our server’s attitude and most likely won’t be back because of it.

In the beginning me and my dad have been waiting for about 15-20 minutes before ANYONE came over to serve us (apparently no host told our server that we were sat in her section). So it took that much time just to get water and for our orders to be taken. Secondly, our food wasn’t really hot. My dads scrambled eggs looked more like an omelette, and my banana French toast only had bananas on top and not cooked into the French toast. Overall the experience could’ve been better.
