Ordered an 8 piece meal extra crunchy with corn and coleslaw, no drinks, $32.00 Chicken was original and greasy, corn was old and chewy, $32.00 for unsatisfying food, will not return to KFC again, can’t get the order correct and the food is bad.

Okay, I wish I could lower the rating, but I can't. DO NOT EAT HERE. My husband and I got food on 11/22/25, and it was cold. We ended up throwing up, so I called KFC. They supposedly took our information, and keep in mind, it was on speaker phone, so they heard my husband throwing up. They told us they would call back the next day to discuss a refund. Well, it's the next day now, and no call. I've called several times—three times on my phone and twice on my husband's phone—and no answer. I want a refund because I will never come here again.

I usually come through the drive through at this KFC. They very seldom get my order correct. I usually always check my order in the mall parking lot and go back to get the order corrected. Try not to use the drive through on the weekends. These kids always say they are sorry but it never changes. I never leave without checking my order. “You see they can take the order, they just can’t fill the order.” They need more adults working there who want to get the orders correct the first time. If I were manager, I would crack down on these kids who are just collecting a pay check. It sure makes you appreciate The Chic- Fila kids who usually never get your order wrong. I went through drive thru and ordered mashed potatoes with out gravy. Of course they got it wrong. If you go to this KFC you better check your order before you leave.
When the boss is away the kids will play. Lol

No change for 50$ on Saturday afternoon is crazy 34.00 dollars change after my order the bank gave all big bills wanted my chicken!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever !! Waited under sign to pick up my order and there was another couple next to me waiting to be place an order .but as soon as a guy walks up to counter she helps him asap! He even called manager over for help and got it before us .I'm thinking it was girls boyfriend but he couldn't even pernouce the name of his pick up order! I asked why did she help him before us and got a snotty attitude.with a reply I will get to you..should fire her ! How rude to help that person before me waiting for my pick up first in line and another customer at register waiting ...never again couldn't even settle down to enjoy my meal !! Just one of those emplyes ya would just love to swear at !! Or more !!
