I ordered the chicken sandwich combo(which I usually love), but the texture was off-putting, it almost made me gag, I'm not sure what type of meat it was or if it was meat at all but it was definitely weird!!! All changes are not good ones, please consider your consumers and not just the cash register!!!!!!

The workers are insistent on using bleach in the dining area, that is a food hazard, the bottle says restroom cleaner, the only cleaner allowed to be used in the dining area is sanitizer per food regulations. It is considered cross contamination and can make people Ill.

The chicken and Cole slaw are great but someone stubbed their toe when they salted the fries. The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. Doordash wouldn't credit me or refund money for the fries. Nothing can reverse salty fries. No way to order nosalt fries with doordash or I could've thought to do so.

KFC Corporate save your franchise and get the staff from Ruskin, FL on College Ave and 30th St (older Anglo-Saxon and older African American ladies) to train the staff in Tampa area West Hillsborough Ave, MKL Blvd, W Kennedy Blvd, N Florida Ave. In Orlando, FL the store on Michigan Ave. Anger issues there (lunch time). These two ladies are the best and would help you improve customer service.

Besides the food being fresh and delishes . I had somehow drop my wallet on the seat of the restaurant. The person that found my wallet works at KFC! We thank God for honest people .. Billy the manager gave us the wallet and we thank him for having good honest employees. Billie contacted our bank and in turn our bank called me of my wallet being at KFC! Thank you Billie !!
Parking: Tucked in the Lakeland mall parking lot, plenty of room. Kinda of hidden.. needs better sign off of 98 I always forget it's even there

We picked up KFC Bucket meal,mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw. I swear every thing was so salty could not eat.Never again will I get Kfc again. Management needs to taste it don't know if one of your employees has issues, but this is terrible.

I've been ordering from them via Uber for a while and remarked a weeks back that I can't remember a KFC location being consistently good, sadly I should have kept my mouth shut! The last two times the Chicken has been SUPER soggy and falling apart, even when delivered in 25 minutes or less, so bad even the box the chicken was in was soggy, never seen anything like it. You can see the bones hanging out of the pieces of chicken in the picture, falling apart and soggy coating too. Never again!
