Great place. Huge selection of ice cream flavors. Friendly service. And a soda pop bar! Monthly specials/sundaes and a deal of some kind every day.
We took my daughter for a big surprise and got her the cotton candy burrito. This thing was massive and any 7year old kid's dream. It was $9 after tax. She enjoyed it but it definitely had to get put in the freezer for multiple leftovers hahha

Benji is the best!! We walked in 15 minutes before closing. There were 5 people in our group. Benji was very kind and hard working. After we walked in, I promise you 6 other people walked in also. Even though the ice cream place was close to closing. Benji was dedicated, kind, professional, and just wonderful. Please tell him thank you for the 3 Blueberry Cheesecake Milkshakes and 2 Superman Ice creams, and th great attitude. The mikshakes and ice cream was fantastic.

Been here several times but today, April 1, 2026 4:30 pm, the gal serving was very slow. Room full of customers but it took her 15 mins for each order. In the past, server was very customer friendly and fast! Served many customers in 15 min time frame. Also made fresh waffle bowls and cones in between customers. Tonight they were out of waffle cones and bowls...kinda disappointed.

Jacob and Benjamin facilitated such a great experience here at Lakeland Ice Cream Company. I ordered the “C is for Cookie” and it was delicious. They made my dad’s birthday special!

My fiance got the banana cream pie milkshake, and it was pretty good. My daughter and I got the cotton candy burrito. First time trying it ever, and its actually good.
However, I will say that I personally do not care- but other customers who want to try this for the first time might not be happy because the 2 young men working dont know how to make a burrito out of cotton candy. It looked like a blob. But it was good. I tried cherry cream and sprinkles and my daughter got black cherry with gummy worms

Very slow please hire Sam back it toke about 30 minutes for 2 ice creams and a milkshake plus it was just us.

Awesome place huge ice cream young lady was awesome

“Best ice cream ever” said my 9 year old. Feels like fine dining ice cream with 83 flavors and a 20 foot marble soda bar. Purple daze and Stellar coffee stood out. Don’t miss this spot!
