Definitely not worth the money. Very small portions. Spent $25 and still hungry.

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

The guacamole had turned brown and the meat in the tacos was so tough they couldn't be chewed.

Waited at the counter to order food only to be ignored by the employee, she looked at us several times and never acknowledged we were there. As we were walking away she finally asked if we wanted to order food, not anymore. Can you hire employees that actually do their job correctly ?

dear lord don't stop in Gatesville for this place. you'll starve before you get served. needs new management and people need to learn how to clean as well....

No food to buy. Just signs to look at. Store hours say open 24 hours and its at a truck stop. Waste of time

The guy and the tow manager I feel that they are racist they don’t like Spanish people a lot of the truck drivers are not buying food cuz they make me fell like they are racist yesterday I went there and when I ask him for the food that I want he said that he won’t serve me cuz he don’t like me and I tell him ok get your manager so the manager come I explain her and she said that she won’t serve me cuz they don’t like us. Idk why people like this have jobs I do customer service every day and I all way got 5 stars survey but that’s because o like my job but they ain’t like it that why are losing so many customers

If I could leave a negative 10, I would. This place is constantly out of food. This is a taco place, right? The service is pathetic. It's like the workers wish you wouldn't even bother them. This place is trash.

Food was disgusting and they were missing items.

Paid 5$ for a steak taco, only to get out to the car and the steak be completely dried out, hard, like jerky. Didn’t even eat it. Flavor wasn’t there, could be because the meat was so dried out. Wouldn’t try again.

8 o’clock in the morning and out of tacos, all the bins with the eggs and meat were empty really disappointing

11/18/24; 2:30pm; Waited 10 minutes, got ignored by Laredo employees and no service. Didn't get greeted, acknowledged, or a simple "Ill be right with you". Two employees kept walking by, one just sat and stared at the grill for a solid 3 minutes, plenty more than enough time to scoop some rice & beans into a box. I've worked in food service & kitchens for years and the service here is unfathomably bad.

Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!
