WORSE McDonald’s I have ever been to multiple times and it’s the same crap every time . Always short handed on the weekends and the people are absolutely rude because they’re frustrated with the rush and don’t even acknowledge people to tell them they’re short handed . Maybe this review will make a difference in hope the owner makes a change but maybe not. Either way, don’t go here unless you want to wait 30mins+ for your food , get it cold and watch employees not give a crap about your time or satisfaction.

This is the worst McDonalds in the area the manager is useless and the workers laugh at you when you complain. The food is horrid stale and not fresh at all. The service is beyond horrible. Avoid this one at all cost.

Went there the other day through drive-thru. Person. Waited on me was decent. Pulled away. Headed on to my destination. Got a quarter pound of cheese meal a quarter. Pounder was absolutely cold. I got it plain. They're supposed to be made to order. It was cold and I mean cold. The fries were mediocre. The only thing good was the diet Coke and I don't see how you can mess that up. Unreal. You should be ashamed.

Completely unprofessional. I sat in curbside for almost 20 minutes. Saw a drive through order get pulled aside after me yet they got their food before me. Still nothing. I had to go inside to ask about my food and saw employees laughing and on their phones. I complained that I was outside for almost 20 minutes and the employees found it funny. I went off and told them how unprofessional they were. I hate coming to this location yet its closest to me. Its not the first time that it happend. The manager apparently was outside doing whatever.

Sat in one of the two drive thru lanes. Three cars in the inside lane were taken before anyone started to take our order though we kept saying “hello.” after the second car’s order taken. Very bad service.

Went though the drive though and was sent around to the front of building and there wasn’t any parking and drove around the building 3 times and my food still wasn’t ready. Fast food my butt.

Only stopped at this mcdonalds cause my grandson wanted it on the way home from Sam's club.. worst mistake!!!!
Ordered a hamburger happy meal and a hamburger at 2:10 on the kiosk in the dining room. And of course no receipt. It's now 2:39 and still no food. Go to the counter and 4 other patrons are waiting for their food one of which had been waiting before I came in. He was trying to get a managers attention but every one of the workers were ignoring us (all 8 of the employees) so I yelled back , is their a manager back there, one girl said she was and I told her we , me and the other guy, wanted a refund. Cause we had been waiting 30 mins . She ignored me . Someone else came up claiming g she was a manager ,asked for my receipt told her I didn't have one I ordered at the kiosk but my number was 42 and told her what I ordered and I just wanted my money back. She told me cause I got loud with her., yelling g back asking for a manager she wasnt gonna help me till I apologized. Then she helped every other person waiting and them went back to the kitchen . I yelled hey just give me damn money back so I can leave and get my grandson somerh8ng to eat. Told me she called the cops , and finally refunded something cause it wasn't my order , and gave me most of my money back and told me not to come back .
Most definitely will never go back to this location . Workers are rude and lazy . They don't deserve to even ask for a pay raise. !!!
The lady that told me she was a manager wouldn't tell me her name but she had the name Lonnie on her bib apron she had on.
My daughter was on the phone with me at the time and was like what the hell is going on. As their woman was cussing at me and calling me stupid and racist I called corporate already but I'm sure I won't get a response from them

Just found out the girl ,Lonnie, thant said she was a manager , infact was not . So ,I'm assuming the first person that came up was the actual manager and didn't wanna do her job so she sent an employee up to pose as a manager

Lonnie a manger there took 40 mins food then refused to give money back. Also yelled and acted out. Not very costumer friendly. She refused to help.

This location is horrible. Closest one to my house, but I’d rather drive a little further to clubhouse & 98. Every time i come to this location especially after dark, the food is old and stale.Barely even warm. Placed my order a few minutes after 10pm.. placing the order was a little difficult. Speaker issues.. (no biggie). Pull up to the first window, staff was blasting AKBAR, Youngboy Never BROKE AGAIN (Rap).. could hear young man in back singing with song. Very unprofessional, but still no biggie. But then to give me stale , cold food . Who is managing at night ? Why is this location still opened ? Open till 12am, but serving yesterday’s trash. Highly disappointed in my food .

Just did a mobile order. Drive thru wait wasn’t long and the girls working the drive thru were great. The what I’m assuming is a manager or shift lead or whatever was having such an attitude with her workers. The two girls in the pick up window were just trying to do their job. It sounded like she told them to do one thing and then changed her mind and gave a massive attitude when the second girl working wasn’t sure what she needed to do. Maybe the manager needs to learn how to delegate tasks better.
