Wait was a little longer than normal. Service was quick and friendly. The food I ordered was dried out. I was not impressed with the burger. Could be better.

Do NOT patron this establishment, it only encourages substandard quality, inaccuracy, and mistreatment of guests. Due to proximity, we purchase food from here 1x/week. Check your order in the drive thru, because it is wrong 95% of the time. Today I ordered on the app and 1 of the 4 items was a hamburger, plain. When I picked up the order, I verified that all 4 items in my order were present. Once I attempted to feed my children, I found that the plain hamburger was actually a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, and cheese. I called the Manager (Alethea?) and she accused me of asking her to place her employees in unsafe conditions. Then she hung up on me. What?!? Terrible establishment, unprofessional Manager, and complete disregard for quality. I would be embarrassed to support this location.

If you want to wait 30 minutes + for your food, this is the McDonald’s! If you think your food will be warm atleast for waiting so long, wrong. Everything cold and hard. Drive the extra couple minutes for the clubhouse McDonald’s.

Stopped by this evening for a simple double cheeseburger and coke via the drive thru. 1 car in front of me and it literally took them 25 minutes to receive. On top of it the burger was cold and the drink had more ice than Antarctica, when I specifically requested no ice on the app. The jigs working there are all disrespectful, they use profanity openly when conversing with customers.
Very unprofessional that management allows this type of behavior. Unfortunately this is how this demographic of people act nowadays. They are not addressed to by management to act professional. I understand this demographic is easily offended and any criticism is automatically interrupted as "racism". I live close to this location but I no longer will patronize it and will go to a different location or stop supporting this company.
THE SINGLE WORST MCDONALD'S EXPERIENCE. And that's a pretty low bar. No one expects great things from McDonald's... And yet, THIS McDonald's continues to find new and innovative ways to disappoint us. You remember the old saying "one bad apple ruins the bunch"? Corporate, here is your worst apple.

Ordered my order in the drive through. They guy at the second window parked me. I waited 20 minutes for my food. They forgot about my order. I had to go inside and have it re ordered and wait an additional 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

truthfully, food comes out alright. but it doesn’t matter if you order a small fry, a single meal, or ANYTHING. they will have you pull into a spot for the most simplest things. Trust, that they will disappoint you.
