The specific location is always a mess. Fries are usually underdone and white/mushy, I haven’t gotten an order fully correct in the last couple times I’ve been there. Plain burger, easy. Supposedly not. Mobile order is always hit and miss on how long you’ll be there. At this point I’d rather just drive the extra distance and go to another store.

Got order with no drink in the mobile order spots with no sauce either, lady comes out asking if we got our drinks yet. If you are the only person in this lazy restaurant taking food outside while the rest barely do anything why are you asking??This McDonald's is the slowest in the area too, manager is a prick who gets upset whenever you want your actual order instead of whatever garbage they hand you. Just close the dump down and put a taco bell here at least they can read a monitor.

I don't really go to fast food places too often, but even so, I'm 99% sure I've never been to a fast food place with this consistently great of service. Everyone always seems chill and friendly, and the one and only time I've had an occurence call for asking to talk to a manager, it was such a minor issue with something that wasn't even that upsetting to me, that I almost feel bad for how awesome the MOD Lee hooked me up. Epitome of over and beyond.

Brittany, saw I was struggling with my 5 yr old granddaughter trying to decide what to have for breakfast. She gave me a menu with pictures, so much better. After she was very attentive to us. Because of Brittany, I will come back.

Order in person and they almost always get it right, order on the app and they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The app says to reach out to door dash due to McDonald's getting the order wrong however you can't get ahold of a Doordash rep to assist.
