Worst customer service ever. The mobile app is supposed to make pick up easier.
I waited at designated parking for over15 minutes. Finally went in and they had forgotten about us. Sorry just doesn't cut it!!! We won't be coming back and I will make it known to all my friends. Even those on facebook!!
