Food could be better

It was alright, It said it's authentic. Italian restaurant, it don't really seem like authentic. Italian restaurant usually when you go into a authentic Italian restaurant. A lot of times you'll see an Italian cook. You didn't see an Italian cook. We ordered calamari and a 10 inch pepperoni Pizza. We're looking for that New York. Pepperoni Pizza vibe definitely didn't get that. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't New York. Pepperoni pizza a the calamari it was pretty chewy, oh no I give it a fourstar.

Chefs kiss. We LOVE the pizza and garlic knots! But their menu is full of delicious choices we love too! Their pasta is my kids fav!

Everything is good just a little pricier for pizza. The pizza is quality though.

Ordered in advance online because I did not want to wait on the food with the kids. When we got there I told them we decided we wanted to eat there and they said unfortunately, to-go orders cannot eat inside. She offered to let us sit outside but my toddler did not want to sit outside. She wanted to sit inside. She did state that it's a strict rule that the restaurant has but to me, I'm a paying customer. Why should it make a difference if I'm ordering in advance or ordering when I get there? At least the pizza was good but we had to take it home. Kids were disappointed.

Very disappointed 😔 I don't recommend chicken parmesan. It tastes like frozen and then microwave heated 😔 not authentic Italian at all. We just tasted it and left the plate in full. We couldn't eat it😔
They didn't even asked if we want something else or at least charging half of the price (around $24.99).
The Spaghetti Marechiaro was ok. Didn't taste the freshness of the seafood though.
They also charge for the cesar salad, we had no idea. We thought is included like the house salad.
There was a couple seated behind us. They left without even trying their food. I heard them complaining about the food but didn't catch what exactly. I think they found hair on it.

The chicken soup, and the bread with red sauce was really good though.

There were six of us that went there for a late lunch. Emerald was our waitress and was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. Probably the best Stromboli I’ve had in years. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Always good...and Jessica ALWAYS know what i want upon arrival.

1st time visit!! We came for lunch on a Saturday around noon. Seated and greeted right away! The food was phenomenal!! Also, A+ for being food allergy inclusive! I called before we came in to discuss a corn intolerance- spoke with the manager who advised they could accommodate and even let me know they could use a separate oven if needed for cross contamination issues! Definitely above and beyond our expectations! Adding to our list of great local eats!!

There is not one Italian in the 98 north location its all Spanish and they cook that way the pasta that goes with chicken taste like fish yes the stuff behind the plexiglass looks good but if you ever actually eat Italian food you would realize it tastes like a nasty taco truck

Tonight was by far the worst experience we have ever had here. The food was bland and the service was terrible. We never got our bread even after asking for some. And our drinks never got refilled. We will not be back.
