They charge 10 cent per parmesan cheese packet. Ordered 5 pizzas no plates or napkins. Order Papa Johns other places and never charged for parmesan packets.

Whoever the goofy white boy that looks like carrot top is that works at the front counter he is the least trained customer service person I've ever met in fast food. Papa johns really charges for tiny packets of parmesan and pepper flakes. Even little Caesars doesn't do that. They also believe that two packets is enough for an extra large pizza. Won't be coming to this one again. Extremely disappointed in the entire interaction with this kid. After waiting for several minutes for him to even come take our order he was extremely unprofessional and seemed bothered by any question I asked him as if it's a problem to speak to customers.

I tried to grab her name in the way out but she was really busy. I believe she said Luce. But she was fantastic! She was extremely busy but kept her composure and pushed through while also still engaging with the guests with great hospitality! She was awesome and I just wanted to let the company know about it!

Love the pizza and the Papa bites.

I would suggest do not order from this Papa John’s. Because a first grader could do a better job than their manager can. Due to they major order and sent someone where else and then they give you someone else’s and said they’re not gonna replace it due to the factor that they know they made it, even though you have the box that says someone else’s name. I mean, tell me where that makes sense. Hell if I could give them a -75 to a -99 I’d make sure they had -99.99999.

Absolutely, unprofessional staff. They want to argue with you, even though you have placed your order at 9 o'clock. You're not gonna get it until 11:30. Because they hand it off the DoorDash. And they don't care. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company anymore
