Terrible service. Always gets orders wrong. Rude staff. I only order simple orders too.

You need to teach your drivers how to park their cars. If they park this bad, I can only imagine how bad they are at driving.

The cashier came to cash me out, I asked her if she was taking an order and she said no. She told me she was speaking to her husband, I asked her to put the phone down and she said NO she only had that time to speak to him. When I reported the situation to corporate, they had the manager call me. He told me her husband was in jail, I told him that was not my problem. She should take a break so she can talk to him.
There is no such thing as customer service anymore, I am sick of being treated like they are doing me a favor by waiting on me, they need to realize we as paying customers are paying their wages.
We need to speak out more.

Food taste great always costumer service terrible tonight! Been inside waiting to order over 20-25 minutes already absolutely not one person has come up to ask me what will I like to order. SMH walking out the door as I’m typing this!!

Juliette is always cheerful whenever I come in the store. I've had my order messed up at other places but she always ensures it's correct and always tasty. Thanks for the excellent SVC and see ya next time

They charge 10 cent per parmesan cheese packet. Ordered 5 pizzas no plates or napkins. Order Papa Johns other places and never charged for parmesan packets.

Whoever the goofy white boy that looks like carrot top is that works at the front counter he is the least trained customer service person I've ever met in fast food. Papa johns really charges for tiny packets of parmesan and pepper flakes. Even little Caesars doesn't do that. They also believe that two packets is enough for an extra large pizza. Won't be coming to this one again. Extremely disappointed in the entire interaction with this kid. After waiting for several minutes for him to even come take our order he was extremely unprofessional and seemed bothered by any question I asked him as if it's a problem to speak to customers.
