Papa Johns Pizza

DoorDash is out of control. Ordered carry out and when I got there to pickup, the line was out the door for carry out while DoorDash drivers filled up the waiting area with the poor employee behind the register running all over the place. The initial order I was handed was incorrect, but they quickly resolved the issue. Good food, but will probably be awhile before reordering just due to the chaos associated with picking up the order.

I can’t say enough good things about Papa John’s and their incredible management team! Recently, I had an unfortunate accident where my pizza fell, and when I reached out, they went above and beyond by replacing it for free. This act of kindness speaks volumes about their customer-first values and exceptional ethics.

It’s so refreshing to see a corporation that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in providing not just great food but also outstanding service. This experience showed me that Papa John’s isn’t just about pizza; they’re about building trust and showing kindness in the moments that matter.

Worst thing about these restaurants, going in to pick up food you ordered. Go to pay and they have a line for tip? They did nothing no different than McDonald’s and probably less. Pisses me off every time. Makes you feel you should and feel bad cause you don’t and they don’t nothing !! Service industry needs to revisit this!!

Showed up at given pick up time, then was told 20min, waited came back and told 20 more minutes. Came back and still wasn’t ready, finally said to the employee how ridiculous this was to keep getting extended and not being ready…guess what pizza is miraculously ready. This was now 50 minutes past the time I was told to pick up. Horrible service, I don’t understand how hard it is to give people accurate pickup times.??‍♀️

We have encountered the same male manager twice and both times he was very unprofessional and rude. Not only to us but to his staff in front of us.I wish I remembered his name.

McKenzie at the register is why this place gets 5 stars. She is the sweetest although my order took a little longer than expected,I couldn’t be upset she had such an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. You don’t see that often with food service workers anymore. She deserves all the recognition making this papa John’s stand out from the others. Thank you McKenzie for making my evening a little brighter!

Ordered pizza via Uber eats and when my food arrived it was all burned!
When I called and spoke to a manager to see if they can remake my food (kids won’t eat it burnt) he said there was nothing he can do! I had to contact Uber! That to me was poor quality service!

Horrible service and attitude from the manager there tonight!! I advise anyone considering placing a order from here to save you're self a headache and order from dominos much much friendlier customer service

Lady working (who I imagine is the manager was chain smoking when I pulled up, she was a completely disrespectful person (attitude and demeanor) because she had to do her job and ring me up ? then messed up my order, then put my marinara sauce in the middle of my cheese sticks !!!! She looked like she was struggling with life and i understand but her attitude was trash ?️ Hopefully she gets it together. Its a shame it’s decent pizza on occasion.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Jose, who states he is the store manager. I drove to the store to get an item that was forgotten from my delivery. He did not acknowledge me when I walked in, two other people were helped ahead of me when they came in after. There was never an apology for the mistake, he laughed the entire time. I requested a refund for the delivery fee since I had to do the delivery myself was told that it was my choice, therefore I wouldn’t be reimbursed.

Overall very disappointed with the customer service we received today. Looking forward to discussing this further with the store manager.
