I went to The Peach Cobbler Factory in Lakeland, Florida yesterday and got a meal that was honestly really good overall, but definitely very messy in the best way. Everything was rich, sweet, and loaded with flavor, so it’s not the kind of place you can eat neatly—definitely grab extra napkins.
I got the caramel apple peach cobbler with ice cream, and the proportions of everything together were perfect. The warm cobbler mixed with the cold ice cream made it even better, and it all blended really well instead of feeling too heavy or too sweet.
What really took it over the top for me were the toppings—strawberries, Mike’s hot honey, caramel, and even the caramelized pecans. Every bite had a different mix of flavors, and it made the whole dessert feel upgraded and customizable.
Even though it was messy, it was absolutely worth it and something I’d go back for again when I want something sweet and comforting.
The employee was sweet and helped guide me to really great combinations to try. I have to say the puddings are on point and the pecan cobbler was the favorite for my family
All the desserts are delicious
So delicious!
Unimpressed. Went there because everyone seemed to rave about it. Cobbler was way too sweet seemed like mostly fruit and the cookies…Ehh. Brought them home for later and the bottom of the box is oily. Didn’t taste great. Would rather spend the money on crumbl. Maybe the other food is better but don’t plan to return to find out. Staff friendly and attentive.
Knowledgeable staff.
Try it you won't be disappointed. Bring your sweet tooth!
Try the peach cobbler & banana pudding.
The young lady behind the counter was very polite. She let me try some samples which was so sweet. The peach cobbler with a side of ice cream so delicious and warm. Definitely will go back to try different flavors.
As soon as you walk in it smells amazing! Stop by with the kids they loved it! Awesome service!
When I tell you that this place has had me love drunk all dang day today, y'all .... OMG!
Last night I went here for the first time with my little brother and it was about a half hour before closing. The girl who was working (I wish I'd gotten her name - she was so nice. Fellow Texan girl and we loved her!) was so patient with us and answered so many questions. We ended up getting the flight - blackberry peach cobbler, caramel apple cobbler, cheesecake banana pudding and bourbon praline banana pudding with the ice cream). She fixed it up for us so nicely, and then didn't even bat an eye when we asked to hang out at one of the tables in little the dining room since it was just before closing. Y'all, me and my grown self and my grown brother sat in that place at 9:45pm on a Sunday night - THE LORDS DAY - making all kinds of stupid food noises over those yum yums and do you think I was embarrassed?
I'm gonna go right back up there and see that girl again. She's my new best friend.
Y'all go see her too. Do it earlier than we did, though. You're gonna love it.

Look all I can say is this place has so many different cobblers, cheesecake, brownies and just a numerous different types of cobblers. I had the classic peach cobbler and to steal a phrase from the movie next Friday, it’s so good it’ll make you want to smack yo momma. I wouldn’t but WOW it’s good. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about everything they served. I’ll be back.
Oh my goodness I wish I never would have went.It was so good.I think about it often
1hr after posted open times and door is still locked. Neighboring business says they open late frequently. There were 3 customers waiting that eventually left. Extremely poor business practice, you're losing money
Delicious as always
I had an online order to be picked up from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 4:55 p.m. and they were already closed with the lights off and nobody inside. What's the point of advertising a pickup time if you can't honor it?
