Employees were impolite and incompetent. Someone whose order was scheduled AFTER ours for pickup received their order first. This made us have to wait twice as long only to get the wrong order. Several items were missing. I don’t mind waiting if my order is made correctly and the employees are polite but they didn’t want to answer any questions making it impossible to correct or confirm anything. Extremely disappointed and will avoid this location at all costs moving forward.

An hour and a half after receiving my order I got a call from the manager telling me I needed to pay the driver. I paid the driver and tipped him when he arrived (as I do with every order I ever made from anywhere). After some back and forth explaining that I did in fact pay the driver and have quite clear video footage of me handing the cash over, the manager was insisting I was incorrect and just needed to pay the missing money. I offered to drive to the store and provide the video proof and the manager decided to hang up on me. Here's a picture of the proof.

We ordered two pizzas yesterday. Both had only scant amount to of ingredients. Both were supposed to have 5 ingredients, but although 5 were on them, each was very scant. Not worth the money. Dominos and Little Caesars do a better job.

Lightyear sprinkled on toppings for a custom supreme pizza. Maybe 2 mushrooms thinly sliced over the whole pizza, 4 thinly sliced black all olives over the whole pizza, maybe 1/8 of a green bell pepper, 2 small pepperonis on each slice, thin sauce, sauce tastes like ragu from walmart or they used marinara for bread sticks, wrong crust for stuffed crust. Tastes bad and not like normal.

Worst location ever. I ordered a margherita tavern pizza and bread sticks. It was delivered to the wrong house. I called and spoke to the manager, who told me he was still in training, and all he offered was to remake the order and send it back out. This location is 5 miles from my house, a 10 minute drive at best and the "replacement order" was delivered 50 minutes later. The driver tried to tell me that it was the GPS' fault for taking him to the wrong location i.e. next door except our address is directly above the driveway and fully visible to see. I cannot stress this enough, if you want to order pizza GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will NEVER deal with Pizza Hut ever again. Corporate doesn't care either so don't bother to try calling them, I tried and was hung up on multiple times.

Worse pizza hut ever! Don't deliver im only min away! Just hung up on me before I could complete my order!! Last time our pizza was wrong! We got thin burnt cost instead of deep dish!! Ugh I'm so disappointed ? never again ?

Pizza was not good. Supposed to have 3 toppings. Pineapple was one topping . On the 2 pieces I ate I had 2 very tiny pieces of pineapple,very little cheese. Just not a good Pizza.

Have recently tried the $7.00 Deal Lover's with the oven baked Italian meats pasta & chicken wings & the My Hut box with the personal pepperoni pan or the 1/2 pepperoni melt & chicken wings.All were very good along with a decent pricePicking up the orders at the window was easy & always hot!I would recommend either deal!Their delivered pizza and/or wings are also very good!
