Went with my Dad for lunch and it was awesome!
Our server Braelyn was very courteous and checked on us throughout. Hope to get him next time!

The Service rating isn't because of the wait staff** The food was struggling to get out I won't discount that we had a large party and that our waitress did what she could to manage the kitchens short comings. One meal for a guy in our party didn't even receive his food until we all were done. Then when he did there were sooooooo many red onions (the picture did NOT show an onion dish with seafood. It showed a seafood dish with onions!) That he didn't even enjoy. The rest of the food did not disappoint!!
Truly enjoyed celebrating birthdays there. The energy and presentation were a show stopper

The food is good. The wait isn’t usually very long, and service is good. It’s sometimes difficult to find parking, as their lot is small.

Iliana gave us a poor level of service. She did not pay us attention most of the time. She did not even ask why we were there in the first place. We came for a graduation. No acknowledgment whatsoever. On top of the bad service we had to be charged an automatic 18%. This is unacceptable. First time level of service here.

Really gone down hill. Food is now very expensive and portions smaller.I think people ho there for the drinks more than the food. Loud, hard for my older parents to hear over music and loud over served customers. Lady's bathrooms was not clean and help didn't do anything about cleaning it even after I told a hostess who was more concerned about checking her phone messages than doing her job. I told management as well half an hour later when I went in there again but they didn't care either. They let staff wear paints that said Playboy over their butt, so lots of class there. NOT and when I got out to my car the overserved guests were leaning up on my car w no concerns that its wasn't theirs. Felt like being in Walmart parking lot not an expensive restaurant. Our family decided that is the last time we will go there. Food no longer worth the money. Sad it used to be our favorite Mexican place. But there are too many other more affordable and cleaner choices that aren't just trying to be a bar....where food and service are better within just a mile or two of this one. Never agaim

I’ve came to eat here at this restaurant 2 times last year food was great. But this Mother’s Day may 10 2026 it was very very disappointing! I am mexican I ordered beef with tomatillo green salsa it tasted horrible so sour very salty, meat was dark hard burn some pieces .It took the waiter 20 minutes for them to give me my corn tortillas 20 minutes!! Tortillas were not cooked the middle part was hard like if they only warmed it for 5 seconds in the microwave!! I didn’t eat my food !! Waste of my money! i didn’t want to order something else because it was gonna take them long again!! My husband ordered shrimp tower it was very warm it was not cold .in other restaurants they serve it cold but this one not. My kids ordered chicken tenders they liked it but it took the waiters the same 20 minutes for my kids to get ketchup!! They ate fries with no ketchup! I’m sorry but please next time the chef or manager should try the seasoning on the food before serving it.

So incredibly disappointed by our experience tonight. My family took me out to celebrate Mother's Day, and all 5 of us had bad meals. My husband and son-in-law had the same meal and could barely eat the steak, my daughter bit into her steak quesadilla and got a mouth full of grizzle, my son got 2 chicken quesadillas, one of them had cheese and one didn't, and the grease just poured out when he bit into it. My food was cold and didn't taste like authentic Mexican food. The wait staff was so busy celebrating birthdays that they were neglecting their tables, and our waiter kept disappearing. The overall experience was horrible.

Currently sitting and waiting for our waiter that disappears for 10-15 min at a time. The $30 Chappala special has steak that is both tough as leather and rubber on the same piece rice that was so dried I wasn’t sure it was cooked. Another guest had a quesadilla that had no cheese and oil poured out of it. Definitely not worth the $$ or the time/
