Today is the last time i order from here. When i visit. People are rude and rushy to get costumers away. I spend $56 on a uber order just to end up with chicken, fries, apple pies and biscuit but no soda in the 5 tender combo and no bold BBQ sauce either. Its unacceptable how everyone work there is like this. We ask them kindly only to get treated harsh and our food cold and rush. Never in my life have i felt disrespected. Its not acceptable. No customer will ever be happy at a place like this.

Dear Popeyes Management,

On Saturday, November 22, between approximately 2:30 and 3:00 PM, I visited your drive-thru. I was greeted by an employee who was noticeably rude, and unfortunately, my entire order was incorrect. This experience left me very upset and disappointed.

I have always appreciated Popeyes for its food and service, but this visit did not meet those standards. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure better customer service and accuracy in the future.

I will never go back here. The cashier who took my order in the drive through was the rudest woman I wanted to order 4 chicken wings and she said that wasn't allowed. That's never happened anywhere Elle's. She said I can tell you to chicken wings. Not because they were out, but because she was trying to be controlling and manipulative. I will never go to this restaurant again. You lost my business because of her

Most of the time the staff gets your order wrong. If you ask for dark meat you get white meat you ask for white meat lo and behold you get dark meat. I even asked the attendant at the he window did they give me dark meat. She said yes OMG I get home a large breast was in my box. My question is WHY?. The place wasn’t even crowded I was the only one in drive thru. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE WAKE UP PAY ATTENTION!

I almost had the same experience as Alajia Vilsaint I ordered 2 white meat big boxes. The chicken is very cold and they gave me 2 wings after the server seemed perturbed that I wanted 2 white meat boxes. They had stuff all over the drive thru area insidethe store. I took a picture but there is no way to post it. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I waited in the drive thru line and thought the food would be fresher. I tried calling to complain and there was no answer so I came here.

I came 11/8 at night time the food was nasty. They don’t take cash???? They gave me half a scoop of macaroni The food was cold. There’s a huge difference from getting food in day shift than night. I asked for hot sauce and they was okay with me driving off without hot sauce because they didn’t feel like walking to the back to get more. They didn’t give silverware. It is good in the day time. But at night The manager was sitting and not helping the crew. Night time workers don’t put in the effort to do as good as the day time workers. On one night I ordered a two piece and they gave me to small wings instead of telling me it’s wait.

The only way to order is the Kiosk. The kiosk was not working the kiosk said sorry for your inconvenience at this time after we went through the whole order. Another customer told us to order at the window. We waited a while finally the manager says you order at the kiosk. I said I know it's not working. She said yes it is. I said no it's not. She rolled her eyes and slammed her clip board down and stormed to the kiosk. We said never mind no reason to be rude. She said I was coming to help you sweetheart. To late after the attitude we don't want to eat here. To bad that Popeyes service is so bad because the did is so good. :(

I'm really digging the way they rub the sauce on the chicken wings now it makes it a lot less messy on your hands when you're driving and eating. I'm so glad they're back open because there were really no Popeyes in the area. And they're also much faster since they reopened.
