Horrible service missing order waited 40 mins to order. Very unprofessional and unpleasant

Ordering is a nightmare. I had a coupon and couldn't get the kiosk to accept it. Waited 10 minutes for the lady that told me she'd be right with me. Finally walked out and went to KFC.

What is happening at this location? Every time I’ve been there over the last year, there’s something wrong. Tonight they have the doors locked. At 7:30 on a Saturday. No one can get in to pick up their order. We could see orders sitting on the shelf, but the doors were locked. The line of cars for the window wrapped all the way around the building and back out to the street. I had placed an online order and already paid so I decided to just be patient and wait. In the 40 minutes that I sat in line, only one car length moved up. I was exhausted after a long shift, and ended up giving up when I was still 10 cars back in the line and not moving after all of that time. I requested a refund on the app. The last time I tried to go there it was a long line, it took almost 30 minutes to get up to the speaker to order, but no one would talk in the speaker. I finally left the speaker and pulled up to the The window and waited several minutes until an employee informed me that the speaker wasn’t working and they couldn’t place any orders in the drive-through so I would have to park and come inside. And then inside there was a really long wait because they were taking one order at a time, making that order, getting it to that person and then moving onto the next person in line.

I can think of three other times in the last year that I’ve been there around 7 PM on a Saturday or Sunday night, and the lights are on, you can see a couple of employees inside, but no one will come to the speaker and no one will come to the window and I’ve ended up leaving. Which maybe is what they wanted.

Let me start by saying the food was good. The boneless wings were larger than expected, and the chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful. What made the experience less than favorable was when we visited at approx 2 pm on Sunday. Upon pulling up to the POS in the drive-thru, we were told to wait up. No problem til the wait was almost 5 minutes, with no one ahead of us. After placing the order and proceeding to the window, the clerk nor manager standing behind her with a clipboard in hand could force even half a smile. It was as though our presence was making them angry. Even a fake smile would have made me feel welcomed. Also, no napkins placed in the bag.

I should be able to go thru the drive thru to order my food. No way in he'll will I use their kiosk it's to confusing and just another way for businesses to get rid of the human element.

I feel robbed came in for dinner got the two wings and a leg as a 3 piece dinner smh they ddnt want to correct my order either

I have never in my life experience people that are so rude. Almost everybody that works at the Popeyes on S. Florida Ave. is Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. And a lot of of them are Managers or claim to be. If someone honestly doesn’t know something why talk to Them like trash. I’ll never understand that and I work in customer service. Every DoorDash is late every time you pick something up as late and they could care less.
I mean, what’s wrong with saying something nicely?
I got told to move up in the drive-through because they’re on a timer because they can’t do their job.
It just really fooled me the way people treat people these days. It’s uncalled for. I guess that’s the way. Popeyes is run because nothing ever changes there no matter who you come in contact with 90% of the people are just rude.

If you go inside you will never forget the smell.
