Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food and cashier was great. I ordered 2 Cajun rice but got rice and beans instead. That's a little disappointing other than that the food was great!

We did a mobile order last week. Got home and was missing 2 biscuits and our condiments. Stuff happens didn’t make a big deal of it. Go in tonight to pick up a mobile order and we were missing our Mac n cheese. Along with our condiments. We also ordered a large mashed potatoes and large rice and they both barely had anything in the container .Guess we won’t be coming back here.

There was only one worker being overworked. He was left alone to manage the inside and the drive thru. He took the time to make sure our food was taken care of freshly and did it as fast as possible. DO BETTER ON SCHEDULING STAFF so this doesn’t happen in the future.

This is the worst popeyes I’ve ever been to. The girl at the window was rude, she rushed me through my order. She then spend 2-3 minutes laughing it up with the car in front of us but couldn’t even say hello to me when I drove up to the window. She rudely asked me to pull into the parking lot and I’ve been waiting here for 40+ minutes for my food. I’m writing this as I sit here.

arrived at 10:30 a.m. for lunch it is currently 11:15 still have not received my food. employees seen handing out free food to visitors and when I asked for help at the kiosk the employee told me to figure it out for myself. Big fan of Popeyes just not this particular location. employees didn't seem to place any urgency on preparing my order as cars continue to get their orders to the drive through. Popeyes needs to do better

Everything was great very clean. Service was great. Everyone was wonderful and nice. Azalea was the best one very nice very helpful. Highly recommend her and her team. Definitely coming back. Me and My Wife had a good experience.

This place never gets their pickup orders right. Tell me how you give the sides in the order but not the entrée in the order.

I usually go to the other Popeyes but wanted to give this one a try. I was informed that they didn't have chicken tenders and no spicy chicken right away. Then I was asked to use the kiosk when im ready to order. I finished ordering and got my food. It was delicious. Wish they had tenders and spicy chicken but I completely understand that sometimes they dont have any.
