Heavily recommend the spicy miso ramen and the pork buns.Dietary restrictions: Rice Noodles are offered alongside standard noodles for the ramen.Parking: The location offers a small parking lot, except that 9/10 it is going to be full. There is street parking alongside the main road and nearby the local train station has available parking too if you dont mind the walk.

The food was great. I enjoyed it. To me, all the seating should be open during dining hours but that's just my thought.

I got the HONEY CHICKEN AND MENCHI KATSU BUNS (the MENCHI was better). The portion size was good, and the service was great. I was visiting but when I am in the area again, I will be back for sure.My only complaint is that there is not a Bun flight. PLEASE add to the menu. The Joinery Lakeland, is a food court setup. The place overall is clean with seating inside and outside. There are tables that are along the train tracks and we just happened to be there when a commuter train went by, the kids loved that part.Enjoy.

Had the veggie miso ramen. Was a unique ramen because there were potato chips on the top, which tasted awesome in the broth. Noodles were quality, broth was flavorful, and veggies were fresh. Would recommend.

Joinery is interesting. It reminds me of what Portland used to be like before it was ruined. Different upper scale food court indoors with AC lots of seating. Sabu is one of the vendors. Great customizable Ramin cooked perfect. A fun different place for

Lakeland, FL. So when bone broth ramen came to SoCal in 2009 my daughter’s high school friends all became fans. Her standards are pretty high and when she proclaimed Sabu’s broth was a serious contender I was impressed. She let me have a taste and yes, yes, it had taken hours to develop that flavor. The shiitake mushrooms had been marinated. The char siu pork was spot on comfort. The noodles were toothsome. My son-in-law had the bao buns as the main event for his dinner (he was saving room for Mayday ice cream and a couple drinks from the bar). He regularly gets the bao buns and raved about them.Highly recommended.

Get the tonkatsu ramen with extra pork add on. Anything else is a waste of time. SO delicious, best ramen in Florida we’ve had so far. We will make the hour drive to come eat this again! Why can’t other ramen places be this tasty??

This is located in The Joinery, and every time we come here we eat at this location. Ramen is always delicious and it's a great portion size. Tried the honey chicken bao bun and it was absolutely delicious, I wish it came with your than just two but it is what it is. Service was great, greeted by a friendly cashier who took our order. Interior is interesting because they have nothing to do with it being that is it's a good court but nonetheless it's nice and for the most part clean. Definitely recommend coming especially if you're in the mood for some good Ramen.

Nervous to try again since ive been many times before and only had the problem once but overall tastes amazing.
