I like this steak house in other locations but here my prime rib was served cold and my husband’s sirloin and shrimp was also luke warm. I didn’t complain, I thought it is what it is. Until I went to Tx roadhouse on 192 in Kissimmee. The prime rib was hot and way more deliscious than the steak at the Lakeland location. I usually hate to post things like this about restaurants, but we spent a lot of money at this location. Service was outstanding.

The appetizer that was order with the drinks showed up after the food and was cold. My wife’s steak was overcooked, one person did not get their salad without having to ask and her sides were wrong. The waitress was very kind but very busy. The food here just isn’t as good as it used to be and that’s my own personal opinion.
I was there celebrating my mom and my sisters birthday our server was Christina I heard she was new at the job so we felt very blessed to have her she did a WONDERFUL job🤩 with her customer service I really appreciate everything she helped us with that night even though we made it a bit hard that night for her with the orders but at the end of the night everything came out good it was all ate and very delicious I had to come back later on that month and me and my boyfriend went out to eat and I had asked for her she was always so very helpful and worked with me gave me a lot of good suggestions on what to expect in each meal deal and i just want to say if anybody goes to Texas roadhouse in Lakeland definitely ask for Christina Definitely needs a raise!!!

Normally we go out dinner every weekend and once a month we pick this Texas RH. The food is good best taste on the area, awesome people and adorable prices, BUT today Saturday the French fries or fried potatoes anyway you called, they was to me on my opinion including my family eating dinner too those fries was Re heat or Re fried they was hard and tasted old etc. And we know a lot about restaurants foods. After all i still be visiting this place BUT will NOT eat this pre heated fried potato.

My rating for the service was a 2 because I had asked for a frozen mango VIRGEN. Instead I got it with a lot of alcohol 🍸 when I had been specific that I don't drink. I even told the guy to take it and I was still charged for it. Food was good and fresh but the incident I described SHOULDN'T happen.
