A modern food court style establishment at lunch time. Great music playing in the speakers but not loud. Areas are kept clean. Food was amazing!

Loved the food and the service in side the individual restaurants! On the other hand, I have a special needs sister who is about 5 foot and needs to be catheterized. A child changing table will not put up her weight. I had asked someone that was working at the burger joint, A lovely girl named Hannah stopped what she was doing to help us. She had went far and beyond despite her job she risked leaving to help us find a place where we could take care of my sisters needs. Deserves a raise if you ask me! After helping us look at every option, she took us to the bar to find a manager, thinking maybe he would have another option. No, we talked to a bar tender who had said they had not seen him in over a hour and that he always does this. The girl agreed. The bar tender finally found the manager and the response was no. Everyone I was with that had helped us locate the manager or try to find us a place to go had put in more effort then the manager who did not come out and just told his employee no. My sister ended up having an accident because there was no actual handicap accessible bathrooms. We had to put her on the sink to change her which was painful and morally uncomfortable for us, her, and probably anyone reading this review. After, I had asked to talk to a manager myself. Later to find out his name is possibly Chase, based off my description, with my sister. I had told him I am a 20 year old who had to fight to try and find a place to take care of my sisters needs which is not okay and I had apologized for the fact that I was yelling but saying something is handicap accessible when it is not is disappointing. He had sat threw my spiel for a couple minutes and when I had asked him if I could leave a review to make sure this would be fixed he told me google and started to walk away. I told him he should go to his manager asap and he said he would and walked away. From the start he could have at least come out and told us he was sorry but no there was no other place other then what is open to the public especially after I had and employee say out loud he always disappeares and the employees can never find him. Management needs to be retrained or fired and not all people who need handicap accessible bathrooms just need bigger stall. Her wheel chair didn’t even fit with me her and my mom in it. This is not a unique situation there is over 100 thousand people who have the same situation where a baby changing table in a handicap stall that is not an accommodation.

Great place with a large selection of food for everyone under one roof. I didn't eat there, but we had a large party of soccer kids w/families. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out to eat what you wanted enjoying their in-house local brews w/friends! Kid & pet friendly! Great atmosphere for all ages!!👍

Great place to hang! Our hockey team was in town so we hung out here for few hours. Food was great, people were friendly and the ambiance kept us!
The super duper spot had great smash burgers and malteds. Would love to go back if I'm ever in Lakeland again
