They also sell a lot of awesome merchandise and healthy snacks.My favorite item is a cold brew smoothie like drink that is absolutely delicious called "Awake my soul". If you like coffee this is a must try item.I would highly recommend giving them a try, even if you're not a vegan or vegetarian.Vegetarian options: I believe the whole menu is vegan although there may be an item or two with egg and there is an option with honey. I felt that the menu was clearly labeled with all ingredients relevant to dietary restrictions/ preferences.The drinks all have options of milks. I'm not sure how many options but I know for sure coconut and almond are 2 of them.Dietary restrictions: You will have to go there and check the place out for yourself ?

My favorite lunch spot when visiting Lakeland. I’ve stoped there several times over the last six months and the portions and quality of the bowls are always huge, filling and delicious. Today we got the Dave Bohl and Buddha Sparks. The people that work there are friendly and the interior is inviting.

This might be the only juice bar in Lakeland. Juice box is a true raw juice bar. They don't store juices in a fridge to get a high through put of customers, they make sure you get fresh juice only. I was well pleased with the quality of the juice and the kind service. I highly recommend this location if you can make it there between prime work hours (8AM to 6PM). Online orders require a 24 hour fulfillment time by the way....bummer.
