Had such a great time at The Parrot! As the oldest gay bar in Lakeland, it really lives up to its reputation. The ambience was fun and inviting, and the drinks hit the spot. Huge shoutout to our bartenders Shane and Mike they were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better. Loved the music, and the restroom was impressively clean (which says a lot!). Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

I celebrated my 21st birthday at The Parrot, and I couldn’t have asked for a better night! The staff and drag queens were incredibly welcoming and made the night feel so special. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and fun. It was the perfect spot for a memorable celebration. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lively, inclusive, and entertaining experience!

Not one to tell tales out of school but Jeremy K has announced Andrew D is stalking Him. Terry states He moved from the parrot due to a rat infestation at His old home and the bar. Jarod still hasn't apologized to Burgundy for Her death Hoax and telling everyone Marshall was fired from the Civic Center. Anessa is the one who told everyone. However Anessa Has been saved. I miss Richard, But rumors state He's battling depression and not the person He once was.In closing David Diaz is a free man. He is still in love with Jason who recently moved due to rumors of abuse. Jason is doing better than ever and forgives David for .. rather not post. well I am back in town. I will see everyone soon. Rumors still going around Jay Kessler never did get over his feelings for Frank. Is Jay still alive? Gary is still battling His weight battle and so is Russell Mania. I just hope they bath daily. They are both very nice people. Has anyone heard from Ben Near, Is He still at McDonald's? Please Advise. love you guys we are family.

I have never taken the time to leave a review. Sadly, for the safety of the public, I have decided to. The Sink or Swim nights at this location are very dangerous to the innocent people driving, when guest are leaving the bar. I would like to request for the safety of The Public, The Sink Or Swim Nights be cancelled. I have spoken to MADD, and They Agree. For several months I also enjoyed Richards company (The Owner of One of Them) in person He always seemed so Friendly, Caring, and Professional. Sadly, I realized he is a gossiping queen. He will smile in your face, then turn around and gossip about you to his friends. At times staff are terrified of him as He has dangerous outburst of anger that manifest its self into phases of insanity. Its ironic so many people gossip about this, yet so little people have seen it. In closing I wish the place the best. I hope Richard can look at himself in the mirror and become a better person and the sink or swim nights can be stopped today. Thanks. I will be back one more time to see how things go.
