The Wine Garden is a contemporary spot with a lovely setting, featuring a small garden patio with a koi pond and tropical greenery, alongside indoor tables and a bar. It is a cute little wine bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service, with a welcoming gesture like a complimentary pour.
The menu offers a rotating selection of creative sandwiches, cheese, and charcuterie. Specific meals include the amazing ABBA sandwich and the French butter and ham sandwich, both highly recommended. Other items are the delightful corn chowder, a very hearty and flavorful salad with extremely flavorful tomatoes, and fresh whole wheat pasta salad. For drinks, there is a delightful selection of wines and a delicious carafe of mimosa with freshly squeezed oranges. The place also has refrigerator cases with a fantastic selection of meats, cheeses, French butter, grainy mustard, and beers to take home.
The atmosphere is nice for a date lunch or dinner. Some find the wines and cheese very expensive, and the decor could use a little more greenery or art. Overall, it is a delightful place where guests plan to return.
