There was 3 people working. Two were friendly. One male employee was complaining about their delivery orders. The names were confusing to him. It was annoying. I do believe it's money for the business no matter how the people get their food.

Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs offers a diverse selection of options, including oven-baked subs and Antipasta Salad, at affordable prices. Recent reviews indicate improvements in pizza quality, with customers now enjoying good pizzas again, especially if they pay $45+ for a specialty pizza and specify their order carefully. The restaurant has a wide range of offerings, and some locations even have a "tradition" of getting orders right. While some customers have experienced dry subs with limited toppings, others have praised the hardworking staff and quick service, noting that the food is often prompt and satisfying. The restaurant’s small cheese pizza remains an affordable option for a quick, fresh meal. However, experiences can vary by location, with some noting undercooked dough, sparse toppings, or longer-than-expected wait times, especially when toppings are not placed generously. Overall, the restaurant continues to serve a variety of tasty options, with a focus on good service and fresh ingredients.
