This is very difficult to write, but other couples deserve to understand exactly what our experience was.
We hired Uncle Nick's as our Wedding caterer. We met with Sam (the owner) multiple times before booking. He shared that he and his wife were recently married, that they understood how stressful and expensive weddings are, and that their goal was to provide catering that alleviated stress — not added to it.
