Looking for something for lunch and found this amazing place. I got springs rolls and the beef pho. The springs rolls were amazing 10/10 fresh herbs the peanut sauce with it was amazing. The beeed pho 20/10 this was by far the best pho I’ve had in Lakeland, the favor down to the fresh basil and multiple herbs was amazing. Awesome Vietnamese food truck. Delicious homemade pho, and crunchy spring rolls as well. Worth a try and will be going back eventually. Broth was clear, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned. Noodles were just right too, not too soft. Nice outdoor environment for a quick bite.
