This is an interesting little store front with whited out windows and a bull logo in the middle. The jerky is made and packaged here. All the jerky is pre-packaged and sold by weight. I tried the Hickory Smoked jerky and it was delicious with just the right amount of smoked flavor. Next was the Hot and Spicy Cajun Brand jerky. It's made with cayenne and crushed red peppers and it will satisfy your craving for spicy! I will definitely be back for more.

I got a bag of hickiry at the Riverside Arts Market in Jax. Highly impressive! My mother in law makes the best jerkey anywhere. But this s comes close. Better than any store bought jerkey I've had. Most have that wierd waxy texture and gumminess that I can't take.

The office is located next door to the production room but there is not a sign to tell you that, my wife called and they responded. We went to pick up Turkey Jerky to ship to our stationed overseas because Thanksgiving is just around the corner, the only TJ they had was for pets, so we got Beef Jerky instead. They were polite and prompt, good service.

One Saturday morning my wife asked me to go with her to the Pierce St Farmers in Clearwater. I wasn't thrilled about going but she said she heard they had a locally made jerky company there. I live jerky I've been eating since I my Military days and am always in search of a good jerky. When we got to the market I saw a couple walking around eating a bag while they shopped. I ask asked them how the jerky tasted and where I could find the stand. They told me it was amazing and that they buy 4 bags every time at the market. I found the and was asked by a gentleman if I'd like to try a sample of one or all of those he flavors. I asked if he had a favorite and he said it was the spicy Cajun and explained it was really good with beers or the king strips in bloody Mary's. As he gave me a sample he explained it was made locally in Lakeland and the ingredients I was amazed how good it was and how the flavor wasn't just on the top but kept going as you chewed it. I was sold I grabbed a bag and opened it up and ate on it while my wife walked thru market. Just before leaving I noticed I had killed the bag and went back over and grabbed 3 more bags to eat on during the upcoming week. Let's just say that that was back in June and I swing by and grab 4 bags every time one of us are at the market.
