As much as we enjoy the food here, the complete lack of customer service ruins the experience. I completely agree with others who’ve pointed this out. We walked in to a blank stare with no ‘hello’ at all until we ordered, strictly business. When the curly-haired blonde girl dropped off our order, she only said the name of the dish—no greeting, no ‘enjoy your meal,’ nothing. She just placed it on the table and walked away. Small gestures like this make the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming, making us seriously question whether spending $40 on lunch for two here is worth it.

Last 3 times I’ve gone I have asked for a substitution of Nutella for peanut butter in the PB&A as it allergic and the cashier says yeah no problem, and I get it with no changes made. Thanks.

The food is absolutely 5 stars but the customer service at this particular location, is AWFUL! I ordered ahead and just went to pick up my order inside and the employee was super unwelcoming, rude and riddled with attitude. I will absolutely drive a few more miles to go to another location next time.

3 Natives has always been my local favorite for great food & what used to be friendly customer service. However, the “I don’t want to be here” attitude and lack of service are making me question my recommendation in the future. Our order has been forgotten once and the last three visits have been met with frowns and sighs. Hopefully employees can learn to improve because this may be going on the negative don’t go list.
