This place sucks. No management in sight at all. Employees are slow and rude. Half of them look like they’ve never been trained to do the job they have. Nobody working the mobile ordering on a Saturday night, but they have 4 people on the main line. Not to mention a mobile ordering line across the restaurant. Don’t come here.

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. I am currently in line for mobile pickup behind 10 other people and no one is even working on the mobile line. The line is out the door and no one is moving. Every time I come here they are out of everything somehow. Currently no cheese, quac, beans or chicken… 10 workers and somehow the service is awful. -10/10 stay far away.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your restaurant on 11/18/2025. Unfortunately, the food fell far below my expectations.

The food was extremely disappointing — it was nasty, poorly prepared, and did not taste fresh.

Ordered 2 burritos, lady behind the counter couldn't speak English, therefore messed up both burritos. $15 burrito and I couldn't eat mine bc im allergic to peppers...but she put peppers in my burrito. Teenagers standing around behind her, not helping. Just shut this place down. Waste of time and money.

This is the worst Chipotle. They got my order completely wrong and left stuff out. My stomach hurts. Wish i didn’t order.

Food was good. We had to wait about 30min after opening to be able to order since most of the staff showed up after the opening time. Staff didn't really seem to care much about there job or the service being provided. Nobody even said why or apologized for the 30 min wait. There were at least 5 customers waiting. The tall black haired girl at the counter just seemed completely miserable and not very friendly.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. The woman at the front didn't even speak English so it was incredibly hard and frustrating just to make the order (explains why the line was taking so long)!! the other kids working there weren't great either. The attitude just was not good. I will never go back to this location. Don't waste your time or money!

Can’t believe I have to write this. Came on vacation, wife is pregnant, and has been craving Chipotle. No problem. First night, we order our meals and ask for (2) Large bag of chips. Cashier says, “We don’t have any, just Regular-sized.” I look and see (3) bags. To which he replies, “Those are for online orders.” Ok, whatever, it’s not like you couldn’t just make one out of the Regular-sized bags… fine. Second night, order the same meal, and ask for (2) Regular-sized chips and salad dressing. He puts gloves on and makes (2) brand new bags of Regular chips (not to remind you how he could’ve “made” Large” sized chips the previous night). 🤦‍♂️ then he says there’s no salad dressing, until tomorrow because they have to make it. Unbelievable….

Fastest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Not sure what all the poor reviews are about. Maybe they had extra help during lunchtime.

Workers do not care about professionalism and it shows. Last time I go to this location. And I love chipolte which is a shame.

Stood in line waited 10 min. Got to check out asked for a bag of chips, was told the were out and the 30 bags sitting right in front of customers were only for online orders. Restaurant customers don't matter. Restaurant is always dirty.

So sorry about this place, I ask for pico the gallo , I saw they have there but they told me not because they almost close ,so I got confused, what that has to do with adding something to the plate , so weird
