We had ordered pizza and the estimated carry out time was 18-28 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and they told me it would be another 20 minutes. I was a bit disappointed and just said “huh” and the response was “what are we supposed to do we only have one person doing prep.”
No problem, I got back to my car and watch football for 20 minutes on my phone. Then I head back in…pizza is not ready, ended up taking 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my order.
The delay wasn’t the problem but the attitude towards customer service is not acceptable. We won’t be back.

I called in an order for a pepperoni pizza and they did well on the outside, but they hardly put any pizza sauce and for a medium pizza. I think it was too much money. I went here a couple months ago for the first time and it was pretty good. I guess it depends on who’s working. This is a hit or misplaced for me. I probably won’t be going back.

4/2 update - New management! We ordered carry out at the store today and got great service and good quality food as expected from Domino's. They (and 3 other stores) have been taken over by new management and I'm sure things will be hit or miss for a while as they restore their reputation but this visit was great in our opinion.
I pre-ordered pizza for lunch today and it didn't arrive so I tried calling and no one picked up. I ended up driving to the location and there was no one in the store and the door was locked. This was my first time ordering from this location.

Bunch of teens that don’t care about customers or what they are hired to do. Over 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas. Zero communication. Pizza arrived cold. Delivery driver wouldn’t make eye contact. No one answered the phone. No supervision. Might as well be a day care that occasionally makes a couple pizzas.

Won’t ever do delivery from here again. I ordered two pizzas and then an hour and a half I got one of them. When I called and politely explained what happened, they hung up on me. I called again, talked to someone else, and they sent me my missing pizza. Very disappointed overall, but at least they eventually gave me the pizza.
I bought pizza to go for delivery . Wake up this morning they added 10 dollars to my real amount . Just disputed this with my receipt! Don’t recommend delivery from
Horrible experience! Horrible experience and employees or manager treats customers Horrible! My food was messed up and I called asking to speak to a MANAGER! A guy gets on phone and I explained situation. He tried telling me it could be remade but will take awhile to deliver because busy. I'm allergic to onions and sandwich had it on. Had maybe 5 pieces of chicken. He kept giving me excuses. After finally saying they'd do their best to deliver it soon, I hung up. Then the delivery driver or whoever came back with remade food and proceeded to tell me how to speak. Again asked for manager when i called. I closed the door on her but working with the public, who goes to someone's home and speak to them rudely?! Wow! Working in the industry I've never argued or spoken to anyone like she thought she was gonna. Customer satisfaction or customer service at this location...Not at all! Not gna show up at my home, when they messed up items and talk to a customer that way. I have contacted corporate!

I picked up a pie for my kids yesterday afternoon and paid a little over $17 and some change (includes tip) for a carry out, large one-topping pizza. When I got home and the dust settled, I realized that was a lot for a large one-topping pizza, especially when I picked it up myself. I looked online after the fact and found a coupon for $6.99 lager two-topping carry out.
I’m not trying to do a lot or research when I purchase a pizza. It’s either a special or it’s not.
Honestly, i’ll never buy a pizza from Dominos again. I know Dominos doesn’t care and I won’t impact their P&L whatsoever…it’s more of a principle thing for me when they’re willing to overcharge by 100%.

Tried the new NY Style pizza. I was pretty good! Maybe not quite as good as you can find in north Jersey but pretty good. This shop is conveniently located right off Lorraine Road so quick trip over and back for us. Great guys there make a nice pizza and provide great service.

Just ordered pizza and pasta for delivery. The pizza looked like it was from a previous order that canceled and it sat for an hour. it looked old. Also the sent us the wrong pasta and it was only half full at that. Dominos needs to do better. We need some time of credit.
