I ordered a dozen donuts. Drove all the way there only to be told Store did not have any of the donuts I ordered. I asked for a refund. Employee said they couldn't refund/credit, I had to use the app. Been trying 3 days to get my money back. Horrible service! Horrible app. Very dissapointed. DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER! AND, IF POSSIBLE, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Would’ve loved to get Dunkin this morning. Unfortunately, was waiting for 5 mins before someone picked up at drive thru. The employee immediately was rude. I asked if we could do 2 separate orders politely, to which she responded with “we’re short staff that depends on what you order”. I said I was ordering a drink and a food item and so was my friend and she audibly sighed and said “well let’s see what all you have to order. “ the tone was incredibly rude. I have never had anyone speak to me this way in a customer service setting. so we drove off being only car in line, went to Starbucks where the employee immediately greeted us cheerfully and did not mind 2 separate orders. Highly recommend not coming to this location due to the rude staff, being understaffed or a bad day is no reason to be aggressive and rude to a client who was nothing but polite.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was $25 wasted.
This was hands down the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I had a mobile order. I ordered two coffee’s with an extra shot—simple, right? They had to remake it twice because the first two were basically cups of milk. When I reminded the employee I ordered an extra shot, he looked at me and said, “Oh, you ordered an extra shot?” like it was brand-new information. It’s on the ticket so no attention to detail. Completely clueless. After the 3rd attempt of making the coffee it was still just cups of milk. It’s not brain surgery, I’m not sure who trains these employees. Shame on the owner/manager.
They were also out of every single donut—at Dunkin’ DONUTS. How are you even still in business?
And to top it off, I ordered bagel minis. Not only were they not heated, but they were still frozen solid. Like, frostbite-in-your-mouth frozen. Just an all-around disaster.
This location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. If corporate cares even a little about quality or customer experience, they’d shut this place down and start from scratch. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Came through 630 in the morning. The guy took 15 minutes to even come to the window and the burnt out avocado toast so hard we could not physically bite through it. Came back and the dude never even apologized or anything:/

Staff is very friendly. Food quality varies from one visit to the next. They will serve you burnt food at the drive thru. McDonald’s beats them hands down for consistency. And that’s not saying much.

Consistently out of coffee or not fresh when order is placed after 7 pm. Tonight no coffee available at 7:15pm. Although the staff are willing to provide service, they complain about support and management. This location closes at 8 pm.

This place is disgusting and filthy. The Staff is extremely rude. How are you completely out of black coffee?? Tried to order 3 different menu items and they were out of all of them. The girl taking my order had no idea what she was doing. When I finally got my order it was wrong with items missing. 0 management at this store. Don’t waste your time or money.

In my opinion their coffee is watered down. It's like drinking a cup of hot water. It takes a lot to cause me to dump out a cup of coffee.
Very good breakfast sandwich prepared quickly. Reasonable price. Clean restaurant.

I live right around the corner from this Dunkin and even though it’s convenient I will no longer go here. The staff are rude. We just had another horrible experience this morning with the guy at the drive through being unkind. I went by at 7:40 pm the other day (they close at 8p) and tried to order coffee but was told they wanted to leave early so they had already thrown all the coffee away. No one has trained anyone how to make the ice coffee items here. I order ice coffee that is not good 50% of the time. Lately it’s awful 100% of the time. My sister was in town and didn’t believe me that a Dunkin could be so bad. She went and came back and told me she doesn’t even know why I go there at all. This Dunkin has quickly developed a bad reputation. They put signs on the drive through that it’s closed all the time. When you drive by the person inside is just sitting there. No one is managing this store at all. It’s a disaster here. If you visit you’ll find the staff is rude, treats the customers however they want with no repercussions and they have not been trained properly with how to make coffee items. There is no consistency. Steer clear and save yourself the hassle.

I just sat at the drive-through order window for five minutes and no one answered. I called the store and no one answered so I drove away as I drove by. I saw a kid on his cell phone in the store. Great service.
