Consistently out of coffee or not fresh when order is placed after 7 pm. Tonight no coffee available at 7:15pm. Although the staff are willing to provide service, they complain about support and management. This location closes at 8 pm.

I met with Mr. Matt Sevir, GM of the store, on the eve of an event hosted by our LWR High School. We purchased a variety of 12 dozen donuts at a reasonable price. When we arrived the next morning for pick up, they were fresh, on time, and, most importantly, DELICIOUS!
We will use this Dunkin again for future events!

I come here almost daily. Service in the past was ok. Service now with current employees and management is Fantastic! They’re always super happy, friendly, and fast. I use the app so I pull up and my food is hanging out the window ready to go for me. Great employees make for great customer service. Nice job at this location - Lorraine/University.
