It was one of the worst experiences ever in the restaurant. Disorganized when i was seated, no one absolutely no one came up to either say hi or take order after 10 minutes i simply walked out. Terrible service. Waitreses should smile a bit more as well.

This is our go to place for Raman when we are in Lakewood Ranch. We are not necessarily Raman connoisseurs, but we know what we like and theirs is excellent. The staff are great as well with the manager (owner?) remembering us from year to year. They also have an extensive sushi menu, but have only tried a couple of items which were also very good.

This place is excellent! 4 of us shared several rolls, all different types, each one was better than the other! I would go back here again and again! It’s been one year since I posted the above, and 5 of us just dined here again and again it was excellent! We shared rolls, sashimi, tempura, we had drinks and each item was fabulous! Our server was great, friendly and prompt. We will be back again, next time I will remember to take some pics!

I’m sure the food was good but did not have the opportunity to try. We had mad reservations for a party of 6. When we arrived they could not find them and said it would be a 30-40 minute wait which did not work for us. We asked for a manager and he instantly said we called the wrong location. We asked where the other location was and we were not familiar with the area. We went outside to discuss our plans and looked at where we had called. Pulled up the number in our records of recent calls and went back in. We asked the hostess what the phone number was and she did not know it. We asked the other server and she did not know either. The manager came back out and was immediately defensive seeing us again. We asked him what the number was to verify we called the correct location and he did not know it as well. A customer behind us verified we called the correct number . We asked if he could check to see who was on shift when we called showing him the time and he responded he was not working so he would not know. After that there was no path forward for us getting a table so we left very upset and disappointed. The thing that really bothered us was employees don’t even know the number of where they work. Hope others don’t experience this type of customer service.
Our server Savannah was delightful! She was friendly, sweet and attentive. The food and drinks were wonderful. We look forward to coming back!
