This place has always been a goto favorite when I have company. I'll never go back after my last experience & I did let them know. I am not a wasteful person & do not take anything I do not intend to consume. The waitress just assumed we were getting the all you can eat & brought us plates & Styrofoam cup. I do not order beverages when I'm out. Started with soup it was not hot as shown on the display. In fact not even luke warm but I forced it down as I took it & didn't want to waste it. Next was salad good as I expected. Got pasta & pizza it was cold. I told the waitress I felt bad & would not take anymore if she could bring me a container so I could take home. She stated their policy & said the situation would be corrected to go get another when fresh came out. So I did not much if an improvement & again it was wasted. When we got the check the cost had increased since my last visit & when I stated I didn't order a beverage she claimed it was included. What a rip off! Not only will I ever not go back but im telling everyone that visits me not to go. I don't like being wasteful & I don't like being forced to pay for something I did not order. Not even water. The place was pretty dead & usually good crowd so there was no excuses. Maybe the temp of the restaurant chilled the food before you could consume? I was freezing on top of it all. Coffee would have been the preferred beverage. This place sucks.

I ordered a specialty pizza "thin crust cheese, no sauce" and was told "10-15 minutes" 20 minute wait later and no pizza so I ordered again and was told "10 minute wait" what felt like another 30 minutes the pizza finally came out but it was overcooked, very crispy, and border line burnt, I couldn't eat it.I came hungry, left hungry, and still had to pay $13.99 for no food.

Stumbled into this place heading thru Bradenton. Huge pizza bar with a tasty salad bar. Plenty of indoor seating to accommodate a single person or large groups. Pizza was very good and endless selections including very good dessert pizzad and different cheese breads. I also learned from a staff member that if there is a pizza that you like but dont see, you can request and they will make it for you. The food and service were stellar. If your hungry for pizza stop in here.

The Howie bread was thin and hard enough to break a tooth. I ordered over the phone to pick up at the drive thru and the gentlemen over the phone asked me at least 11 times if that completed my order after I said yes, that's it when I finished ordering.
This place has a lot of room for improvement , food was dry and not that good, nothing was fresh , the whole time we were there (about 1 h) , only two things was replaced with new fresh stuff.

Called around 12:15pm on Wednesday (1/24). Whoever answered the phone (male) is incoherent. You can not hear them not only because they speak so low, but because they don't make sense when they talk. Very bad communication on first contact. I can imagine how many people hang up the phone while experiencing that. I barely managed to convey the idea to them I needed to speak to a manager. I assume they put me on hold because I heard music. I waited for 15 minutes and no one picked up the phone. So I hung up and called back. The whole experience I had just repeated, I was put on hold again, this time for 10 minutes. Then I gave up. I will be eating somewhere else and never calling this place again.
