Visited Panera Bread today and had a great experience. The food was fresh, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. But the best part was the staff — the team was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Really appreciated their positive attitude. Definitely a nice spot to stop by!

I meet some of my tutoring students at Panera and often get the soup and salad combo (usually th Greek salad with chicken and Autumn Squash soup. I have to use a walker due to a stroke two years ago. Most of the time one of the kind staff at the Lakewood Ranch location offers to carry my food to my table. The staff, mostly teenagers and young adults, are so kind & helpful.

I love ordering on the app and picking up in the drive-through, faster that way, always fresh and consistent no matter what location you go to. You get points also which are up to free items. If you go inside, they have refills on all their yummy drinks too.

This location (only one I've been to in years) leaves a lot to be desired, though I would be willing to wager the issues are likely company-wide. Food is relatively flavorless. What used to be my favorite thing there, an asiago bagel, had little-to-nothing cheese wise. The lack of flavor was actually to where I wondered if I'd been given a plain one, but I watched the employee retrieve it. The even smaller portion of cream cheese is laughable, and barely covered the surface of said bagel. The best part of this purchase was honestly the black pepper packets... all with the same amount of product, and no empties. The fact that the entire customer experience was just me, waiting for my food, with no employee interaction (from ordering on a tablet, to watching a new employee being 'trained', then receiving my order, it remained just me... awkwardly waiting... again, zero interaction. It feels incredibly user-UNfriendly. Perhaps offering a CHOICE, at bare minimum, would be a consideration, but that wasn't the case here. I failed to see my return to any location in the future, but you won't notice, and that's the real truth.

I placed a catering order online and realized I messed it up. I could not figure out how to edit it. So I went into the store and explained my dilemma. The Team Lead, Katie jumped in and took the time to help me figure it all out. What an outstanding young lady. I am a retired District Manager, 39 years with the Walgreen Co and I would have killed to have this young lady on my team. Kudos to whoever hired her. Thank you Katie.
