Ambiance is wonderful! You feel like you have traveled far away to Paris once you step inside. It is cozy and warm. The service is impeccable - Jennifer is lovely. The food is very good - everyone was quite pleased with their meals.
Truly a gem on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch. Food and services are consistently wonderful.
This was a very special night for my husband's birthday. I made this very clear in the reservation. Nothing was said to him or us about it. At the end the the server said "and again, happy birthday" but she hadn't said it before. My husband's food (cassoulet) was very good but my food (chicken Normandie) was not good. Chicken was so tough I could not eat it. I told the server and she said "I'll tell the kitchen". That was it. No apology or adjustment. Really, this is supposed to be top French restaurant. Very bad, tough chicken is inexcusable. We'll be back for lunch but it was not at all up to par for a special occasion.
Very authentic French cuisine. We loved all aspects of the experience dining there. Very friendly and and professional service.
This is one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Whenever I take a friend there who have never been there love it! My favorites are the Quiche of the Day, the Island Salad, and the panini with prosciutto and bleu cheese! I also love the side salad with the best lemony salad dressing!
While the ambiance is always pleasant, the food last night was not even close to "up to par" . Two of us had the Pork Marko Polo and it was not very good at all. Pork tenderloin should be tender to start with - this was actually tough enough that it was even difficult to cut and less pleasant to eat. A third person had the Pork Parmesan and it tasted OK, but was also tough. Doesn't really make any difference what the rest of the experience was like when the food is not good to start with. Not a good experience at all - not planning on returning!
This is always a “go to” restaurant whether a special occasion or just film night at LWR Cinema. The menu is varied, always high quality food and good choice of wine starting at $36 a bottle. Nice ambience and has its own character when so many restaurants are the same as each other. Friendly staff, genuine French influence and great service. Best to book and specify inside or outside.
Being from Montreal, Quebec we always enjoy the French Cuisine and the Paris Bistro is our favorite,Staff are always friendly and the food quality is always consistent
Our outside reservation was ready at a nice outdoor table so we could bring our dog. We ordered the tuna sandwich and mussels. Wonderful!
Quaint bistro serving quality French cuisine. A hidden gem in Lakewood Ranch. The food is always consistent and the service always excellent.

Lovely little restaurant, playing French music softly. Shrimp cocktail delicious with huge shrimp on bed of greens. Both dinners (beef bourguignon and pork Parmesan) were wonderful and very tasteful. Potato and vegetables sides also really good. We had the house wines which were very good and not expensive. Waitress pleasant and attentive. A lovely dinner out!
Have dined here many, many times. Service was great. Food was very tasty. The one disappointment is that portion sizes have gotten very small. I recognize that meats, fishes etc have become increasingly expensive but the sides were also very small.
This is our go-to restaurant for special occasions and visitors. It never disappoints. Food and service are excellent.
We have been here several times and each time the service has been very good and the food has always been consistently excellent !
Had the fish Florentine at the recommendation of the server with a Gorgonzola salad and it was delish!
