We stopped by Pinchers on our last day in Florida for our Spring Break vacation on a Wednesday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't too packed and we were seated quickly.Our waiter, Gian, was friendly and attentive to our needs. He suggested a few option for appetizers that were absolutely delicious. We ordered the Boatload Mussel Marinara and the Pinchers Claws. Both had great flavor with a nice sweet and savory touch. Nice and buttery.We also ordered the Clam Chowder soup and the Corn and Crab Chowder soup. Both soups tasted great and had a nice texture, not lumpy or fishy taste at all.Lastly, we ordered the Tacotastic Mahi Mahi tacos with a side of cole slaw and green beans. Needless to say, the tacos and sides were on point, tacos had perfect flavor with the house picante sauce, the slaw was nice and fresh and the green beans were cooked nicely, not overcooked with a nice crisp.It's hard to find a new spot that you're trying for the first time where you enjoy everything that your ordered, but this was one of those unicorns!

The Service was horrible and the pasta Alfredo with crab had tons of shells in it. Sent back and they took only one meal we had 2 both the same with shells. Had coupon for crab dip forgot to take that off. Asked for 3 check for the 3 couples. We received one bill all mixed up. And the waitress said she had a brain fart. And the manager NEVER CAME OVER TO US. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Love pinchers but honestly will go to LAKEWOOD RANCH. MANAGER HAS NO CLASS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.PINCHERS YOU COULD DO BETTER.
It was a great experience dining for the first time at the Lakewood Ranch Pinchers. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they were there. Food was great, drinks were great and the service was great. I will definitely be back!!!

Relaxed casual dining. Fresh seafood, good drinks. We had sangria and a table full of apps. Crab dip, crab Rangoon, grouper bites, mussels and fried oysters. All good! We were told 15-30 minute wait, seated in less than 10.
