I ordered a decaf Americano that was very watered down and lukewarm. Absolutely horrible. I took it back in and 2 girls gave me attitude saying that is what an Americano is, watered down expresso..I know what an Americano is! Since I was in a hurry and frustrated I just walked out. I will not go to this location again.

The sensitive lady at the window got an attitude and said a nasty remark of “that wasn’t very nice” because I said in a polite way my drinks tasted watered down and she remade one of the two and she said she can’t take anything back when I asked her to remake the second one she was like “oh there was two actually give me both of them back” like I was lying… I told her yes please because they were disgusting I didn’t say it rudely but I’m not gonna pay $6 for a drink that doesn’t taste right when I’ve been getting them daily… out of the ones she remade you can clearly see the difference in color which means different portions so different tastes. If you had the portions correctly there would have been no issue!

Have the ham and cheese with a strawberry lemonade. Both were very good. However, there is literally two of the thinnest pieces of ham on the sandwich. I'm glad I came home and added to it, however, the bread was great. The location is not quite as clean as it should be. Look up in the open rafters and there's dust everywhere. The person who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful.

Totally should have asked for her name, but the girl who made my coffee was so sweet! My shaken espresso was too milky and she had such a great attitude about remaking it for me.

This location is obviously drive-thru-centric, and it shows. The interior is often messy, and the furniture is the most uncomfortable out of all of the Starbucks locations in the area. Please look at your neighboring locations for how to design and upkeep your interior. Real shame since this is the closest location to my house. I drive the extra distance to go to the other locations.
