Visited Starbucks at Lakewood ranch and route 70. Very crowded nonetheless, waited at service counter for nearly 8 minutes before any service personnel appeared. They took one order and then disappeared. The line never moved, even after taking the order. Rather disappointed as I had stopped to purposefully to get coffee and use restroom. Not stopping there again next trip north.

Lots of amazing drinks, especially options that are great for non-coffee drinkers.. From Vanilla Bean Frappucino two a steamed milk with hazelnut flavoring or an açái beverage. Also some great herbal teas for those that don't like the caffeinated teas. They have pastries but it's more kind of a processed one versus like a fresh french bakery type pastry.

They also have like a little egg frittata some sandwiches stuff like that. Again, not super fresh deli made level but they work. Because of this and because the prices are higher than average I'm raking it four stars instead of five

Dietary restrictions: This place is fine for non coffee drinkers on herbal tea only drinkers versus straight up tea. These types of drinks are great for kids and the elderly and a lot healthier.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly just nothing to play with or kid designed. But they see the drinks as "cool".

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes for parking and. Entrance.

Love Starbucks but brought 2 flapps on 12/27/24 they did not taste like they had any coffee in them and they forgot the extra shot did nt have time to go back very disappointed.

In the spirit of the Giving Season, it is very disappointing that Starbucks does not believe in this concept. Or should I say that the almighty dollar is more important. Here is the situation... I went through the drive through (State Route 70 at LWR) this week. I asked to pay for the person behind me. I was FIRMLY told that, "Starbucks doesn't allow us to do that anymore because it messes up our drive-through times". WHAT? I understand you have numbers to reach for your shareholders, but that is ridiculous. You are replacing the kindness of individuals trying to make this world a better place - for the bottom dollar. Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves. Idiotic policies like this should be ended immediately. Let kindness overpower the dollar. Disappointing. I will take my business to Dunkin. And to anyone reading this review... please pay it forward with vendors who appreciate a simple act of kindness. Avoid Starbucks - as they don't believe in this concept.

This is usually my go to spot for my Starbucks. I was a bit turned down from the service today, as I'm usually greeted and spoken to. this time I was not spoken to at all. Alejandro was working the window and he scanned my phone and just gave me my items. I ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte and a warmed-up pumpkin loaf when I had bitten into it it was dry and not its usual moist like it always is. This is my go-to item that I order every time and I was quite disappointed as it felt like it was dry like it was heated up and left on the counter to sit overnight.

Today for some reason the service was very slow and they did not get us out and with their usual swiftness that surprised me today. The staff is usually upbeat and bubbly and always greets me with a smile so I was a bit turned off by the quick scan of my phone and handing me of my items, but I can only assume it was probably new staff and maybe he's in the midst of training.

Have to change my previous review from 5 to 1 star. I have been going to this location for years. Order every week day morning and it is now terrible! The staff ignore you, even when you're trying to get their attention they just avoid eye contact. Like I get that you are busy in the morning, but is it so hard to smile and say hello? Recently I've gone in and waited over 5 mins because my mobile order isn't done on time. Several times it's not there at all and I have to ask and they just tell me, oh sorry someone must have taken it .. and I don't have time to wait any longer because I have to go or be late for work. So they owe me a few drinks I paid for and never got. The whole reason I mobile order is to have it ready ahead of time. I come in after the pickup time and it's still not ready. Or worse, it's there and I get orders made like today.. order a venti and it's not even filled to the top. Order it with sweet cream and half the time it's not added and I have to ask them to fix it. Just very disappointed now.

Great service always! but today I had an encounter with a lovely employee Brittany. I was flustered forgot my wallet and didn’t realize until I had gotten to the front. She turned the entire situation around into such a positive experience for me. She gave me my coffee and let me be on my way. I’ve had a week and my experience with her was needed. We need more Brittany’s in this world.
