Good food, great service, and lots of TV’s with all sorts of sports. The smash burger was very good and the loaded tots are a great appetizer. Can’t complain at all. Emily was my server and she was AWESOME! One of the best dining experiences I’ve had, solely based on her service. She was very attentive and helpful. If you go, ask for Emily! (I’m sure all of the other servers are great too) (I just had a great experience with Emily so I would 10/10 recommend requesting her)

Excellent Smash Burgers..

Actually went for Happy Hour on a Monday. While getting ready to order saw the sign for Smash Burgers on Monday at $10 cost.

With 3 in our party we each ordered a Smash Burger. Excellent burger with fries tasing as
if they had been setting a while

When paying the bill we noticed the Smash Buegers were at $14 each. We had ordered just before 5 PM and was paying at 5:40. Monday special began at 5.

Tons of great burgers in the area. This issue could have been handled with better PR.

Worst service we have ever had at any restaurant. We have been there twice before and food was good- service never was, but we decided to come there for a birthday with a party of 8. Every time we walk in, they have girls working there who are just sitting on their cell phones- they seemed annoyed by us even walking in. Got a table, but was full of food crumbs (as it was last visit too) and we aaked her if she could wipe it off. She only did it half way with a dirty rag- I had to ask her for the rag and did it myself as she was so pathetic. Server came, got drinks and our appetizer, ordered our food. Food finally came out after a long time- drinks were empty and nobody came to check on us or get refills- finally had to ask her to get some more drinks. Then they fogot 1 meal completely, and made 2 incorrecty. So we told them again what the order was a second time as half of us started eating. Finally the missing food came out, but was only 1 of the 3 meals, and wrong again, had to order a plain hamburger for a third time- ridiculous. Waited about another 15 minutes to get 2 plain burgers and a salad- so everyone else was already done eating. Then took a long time to get our check. The servers’ attitudes are terrible there- they just sit on their phones and do nothing- when ask them for anything they are visibly annoyed and have no idea how to do anything right, such as wiping off a table- which should have been done before seating us- get off your phones and do your job!
This was Saturday at 5:00 on October 25- was not even busy and still terrible
We will never be back here and its unfortunate as we live close and like to eat out. But it is definitely not worth paying for such pathetic service- would highly recommend to avoid this place.

Plenty of food. French fries were very good, but the fish tacos had a unpleasant sauce on them. Otherwise they were OK. Service was not great. After the manager delivered the food, I did not see the server Emily until I was done. She seemed preoccupied with other work. She never checked back with me to see if everything was good, bad, or otherwise, or with a drink refill. I got the impression I was bothering her by coming in.

My wife and I visited the Greyson for the first time and it was the perfect location to watch sports and enjoy a meal. The starters were delicious and didn’t take a long time to come out, we had the Warm Pretzel Dippers and the Fried Wisconsin Cheese Curds. Highly recommend both. We then had the Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread that was recommend by our server Merry who was very informative and attentive. My wife was hesitant because of the spice but we both loved it. We ordered the Watermelon Margarita and the Greyson Dirty, both great cocktails. The manager at the time, Alex, came around and suggested the Salted Caramel Cheesecake which was a great way to end our meal. I would recommend the Greyson to anyone who wasn’t yet been, either to watch a good sports game with friends or enjoy a good meal with loved ones.

I just had a great dining experience at the Greyson. The service was top tier and our server Merry was very attentive. The manger also checked on us multiple times to make sure we were happy with our food and service. I got the burger and I’d say it’s one of the best in Sarasota. The $5 shots were really good. I highly recommend going to the Greyson

Went to 1 week ago for football Friday with a group of friends and the server merry was very interactive , knowledgeable, and friendly created a fun environment for my friends and I to sit down and enjoy a wonderful meal, the smash burger in the menu is easily one of my favorite burgers I’ve ever had. Quality of food and service a must recommend for those who enjoy sports and flavorful appetizers and entrees
