I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at Greyson’s Restaurant in Palmetto, I went in to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for, but the staff treated me as if I hadn’t ordered anything at all. They insisted there was no record of my order and offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I returned home to get my phone as proof, only to discover I had been charged $47.08 but was only refunded $44.00. What made matters worse was the way I was spoken to—especially by the first staff member, who was dismissive and unprofessional. When I tried to escalate the issue, the manager not only refused to share the owner’s contact information but also added to the frustration with an unhelpful attitude. This experience left me feeling completely disrespected and embarrassed. I will not be supporting this establishment again, and I urge others to be cautious when ordering from them. The manager and employees should never treat a paying customer as if they didn’t place an order or were trying to steal something. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times purely out of convenience, but the food has always been average at best. After this recent experience, I won’t be returning.

Love the atmosphere, but service is abysmal. Hostesses were unorganized and super confused. Unaware of their surroundings. Will not be coming back.
The Greyson in Ellenton is run to a higher standard with way better trained employees.
Will drive the extra miles to go that establishment in lieu of this one.

Came in on a Sunday night, with a table of 18. The manager and our waitress Riley were very accommodating, so nice & patient with us all.
Highly recommend giving them a visit! Ask for Riley! ?
