This store is always clean when I go there. The staff is very professional and efficient when it comes to service. Love the little to no wait time for order. The manager is professional and friendly. Definitely my favorite store in the 941 area.

I sat down to study for a couple hours here and the music was great and staff very friendly. They brought my food and smoothie right to my table.

I would give zero stars if I could. This tropical smoothie use to be good I don’t know what happened. I constantly get the exact same order at multiple locations. This is the only one that when I get my smoothie I’m not sure if I’m going to get what I paid for or water with a little bit of smoothie mixed in it. Natalie’s excuse today on 5/13/25 at 7 PM was that when my smoothie gets whey protein added to it (additional charge) they have to add more ice and that’s why it taste so watered down. What’s interesting about that like I mentioned is that I’ve been to probably 20+ tropical smoothies. I’m in the military so I travel quite a bit. NEVER had this issue before. Pretty frustrating. Also my wife gets the same smoothie with no whey added and still the same issue. The staff needs training, I’m not to sure what’s going on. Additionally Natalie has been very rude and nasty to my wife in the past seems like a problem employee. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I order the night before for breakfast and due to an emergency I arrived like an hour late to pick up my order. I ask if it was possible to warm it up and with the worst face the lady almost said no. It was just a warm up and the restaurant wasn’t even full… both of the ladies there look like they didn’t want even to work or talk or even live… really bad customer service

Kiara the store manager is very rude extremely hostile and was very disgusting in his / her tone of voice new management is desperately needed and Kiara needs to be fired effective immediately, do not waste your money at this nasty place

Visited this location while camping in the area. With the Florida heat, this was a nice treat. Smoothies were absolutely delicious and some of us walked out with a drink in each hand. Good stuff and makes your body happy.

I’m asking for an acai and please add the peanut butter after the acai so is no over the lid, they say no! and then I ask for no lid to avoid that and they say they have another kind of lid? what kind of costumer service and managment have this place?
