I order the night before for breakfast and due to an emergency I arrived like an hour late to pick up my order. I ask if it was possible to warm it up and with the worst face the lady almost said no. It was just a warm up and the restaurant wasn’t even full… both of the ladies there look like they didn’t want even to work or talk or even live… really bad customer service

Visited this location while camping in the area. With the Florida heat, this was a nice treat. Smoothies were absolutely delicious and some of us walked out with a drink in each hand. Good stuff and makes your body happy.

I’m asking for an acai and please add the peanut butter after the acai so is no over the lid, they say no! and then I ask for no lid to avoid that and they say they have another kind of lid? what kind of costumer service and managment have this place?

Pretty standard location for tropical smoothie cafe. As good as you’d expect. Alright service and alright atmosphere. I wouldn’t eat inside, rather take my order to go. Expensive smoothies though. Plenty of parking.

Parking: Just pull up to store and park nearby. Lots of spots in this large “free” parking lot.

Y'all know it's seldom I leave poor review. I prefer to focus on good service and experiences. BUT I have given my business to this place too many times. Every time it's just an uncomfortable environment. I ask questions about new products...it's like pulling teeth! They aren't busy when I go, even the manager is apathetic. So it goes from the top down! Wtheck! You make smoothies! It's happy and fun! You get nicer people and just as good or better from Wawa! And more for your $. They are so happy to assist me. So I quit The Trop for good. Sad but true.
