This store is a staple of the community. The service at this establishment is truly the best I’ve ever experienced at any local drink shop. They remember my name and order, and the entire staff is incredibly sweet. The new owner is one of the kindest people I’ve met in the service industry. The drinks are phenomenal—you have to try their Baja Blast flavor in your Rush or tea. It’s amazing!
Love aroma joes but this location is u def new ownership and I have been disappointed with the service since then. Short staff and very slow, made me late to work when I would stop at the same time every week before and no problems. Coffee was made wrong and then handed to the only other associate to correct it.
Very disappointed , very nice company and staff but I was hoping I would get my coffee replacement since it was made completely wrong , didn’t taste right at all , I know I paid $6.53 asking for an extra shot of expresso that I didn’t get and it ruined my morning ( I had to throw it away ) , never the less , I have explained to the nice girl this morning what happened and she still charged me for it !! Anyway it tasted good today
