I had reached out to corporate and the email provided in the review response and have heard nothing back from anyone.
I ordered a pizza without bacon. I got home and cut the pizza and noticed bacon. When I called the person on the phone argued with me that the pizza doesn’t come with bacon. Great, but you put bacon on the pizza. She then puts me on hold and tells me the manager made time pizza themselves and didn’t put bacon on it. See my photo of the bacon. I am completely understanding of mistakes, however, to argue with me and call me a liar and refuse to remake the pizza is really poor customer service.“
“I placed order #435 on March 5th and followed the order in their app. The app flashed as the pizza was delivered but nobody ever came to the house.I called the store and spoke with a manager. Explained the situation and told him I either wanted my Money back or the order. The manager said they would send the order but after waiting for a 1 1/2 hrs I got in my car and drove to the store. After speaking with "Jeovanni" who stated he was the manager but had no clue what happened to my order because he just started his shift. If that's true or not Jeovanni gave me my money back and credit which while there and still super hungry I told him to make me the order I placed using the credit.Jeovanni showed good customer service and made my order himself.“
