“Took advantage of the 50% off any pizza deal and was not disappointed. They have really stepped up their game. I used to think their pizza tasted like cardboard, but no any more!! I had the extravaganza on thin and crispy crust!!! Sooo good 👍🏾 and it was super hot!!! There was enough sauce and meat. Thank you, guys!!!“

“We ordered 50 pizzas for a school delivery and it was flawless. I spoke to Kat a few times by phone and she was super helpful w/ placing the order and exploring a few different discount possibilities that we could use for a school order. There was a code issue when the orders got put in… we all have computer issues in every industry so no big deal. I would have never known if she hadn’t mentioned it bec she was so patient throughout the order. On delivery day, the two delivery people were flexible when we had to deliver to a different door on the other side of the school. And the pizza was still fresh and hot. Every step of the order was just really easy bec their people had a helpful attitude the whole time. The only thing I’d change is that on delivery there wasn’t a place on the receipt to add a tip… and I didn’t have cash on our event day. So I’m going back to tip in store.“

“Most people wouldn’t think to do a review on their neighborhood dominoes and I didn’t think I would either but this place consistently gets the orders right and tonight Julie was working by herself and made a five minute wait feel like I was at the Ritz Carlton just genuinely happy and even offered me a cup of the new sauce to try out.

“I have to say, Pete really does know how to make a pizza. My last pizza was wrong wherever I ordered it from and I explained it to him and he listened. He not only listened closely, right before closing, he made sure to apologize through the pizzas and the bites that I ordered when he didn’t even have to. I was bothered to find out that he is the GM, which might mean he won’t be making my pizzas all the time. Thank you Pete, much respect“

“We had issues with papa johns delivering to our address because they use doordash called dominoes because they know how to deliver we had the sweetest older lady bring us our pizza and had great service please give this lady a raise bless her heart 10/26/25 1:30 AM“

“I just want to thank everyone here I been using this dominos for 4 years since I been in my apartments in rosewood Windsor manor and they always go above and beyond even when they are late they send me an email for a free pizza when I never claim it because it’s not their fault this is the ONLYYY pizza company who still has their own drivers every other companies is lazy and has door dash doing deliveries I hope each of the people who work here are blessed and provided a raise pizza is always great drivers are always understanding and the food presentation to the customer service is always above and beyond . Just want you guys to know I RECOGNIZE each one of you“

“EDIT: The managers reached out and resolved my issue, and were both friendly.

Ordered a pizza, marbled cookie brownie, and loaded chicken. Entire order was 30 minutes late. Pizza was wrong, brownie was undercooked, and chicken was cold and half the amount I should've got. When I try to call for a refund, I get sent from an AI to being put on hold, where the store just hangs up while I'm on hold. And of course there's conveniently no other way to get a refund.

EDIT to add that I order from here often and this is the first time I've had an issue, but the fact it was so bad and I can't even get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue is frustrating.“

“S/O to this location Domino’s location on Cross Creek. They are always nice, professional, and consistent. Been going to this location for 5 years and never had an any issues to my orders. I had to make sure they were recognize for their great customer service. Football is back and what a way to kick start it off with the 50% off everything. My kids and I had to run it back - the viral Domino’s pizza!! You can never go wrong!!!“

So huge shoutout bc while all of that sounds expected?^ some if the things ive gotten..🤦🏽‍♂️ main ones being undercooked stuff and they(not Allen) be skipping a step for the seasoning on breads so seasoning doesn't stick -and its up being tough ass naked bread twists😩 . “This was my very first time visiting this location, I didn't feel welcomed but I also didn't feel un-welcomed.
I was shocked to have paid $17.51 for a 10' inch pizza. My experience today will not stop me from returning, hopefully I can get better price points with coupons moving forward.“

“Everything was great, Except the $5.99 delivery fee,for a delivery fee on an order that was $13.75 is Ridiculous and they made it a point to tell you that the 599 doesn't go towards the delivery drivers tip in any way, can you believe that 599 for a delivery fee for a delivery a half a mile down the road from The Pizza store, then I expect you to tip the delivery driver on top of a $6 delivery fee already with today's high cost of living ,come on Domino's , you can do better“

“So I had ordered online the new viral pizza with the garlic pharm sauce . For some reason I put extra! Omg when I recived the pizza it was soo gross . I called the store the next morning and spoke with I believe Jacob. He listened to my request and with no hesitation he replaced my pizza! The second go around was absolutely amazing!!! The cut the cheese the freshness !!! The whole pizza was gone in minutes!!! Thank you Fletcher location!“
