Domino's Pizza in Tampa

“Ordered the cheese steak pizza on uber eats and selected no cheese on accident. The lady who delivered the pizza was professional, friendly, and brought me two pizzas, one with cheese and one without because they were worried I ordered the wrong item. Talk about customer service and going the extra mile. I called Angel (the manager and thanked him) will be ordering pizzas from this location! BTW pizza was delicious!“

And I had one pizza that wasn't right. They emailed me with the coupon for a free pizza and I got these updates that a team captain was personally ensuring it's right and delivered to me.
That's just great customer service. I appreciate it. 5 stars!“

“They messed up my order on a Saturday night but who cares. The manager or fellow friend on the other side of line was so nice and got us a pizza we didn’t even technically order. Literally the best dominos in the state of Florida. People make mistakes. How you correct those mistakes is all that matters. Thank you! Sorry for making you deliver another pizza 😬“

Pizza exactly as ordered, all workers super friendly. “EDIT: The managers reached out and resolved my issue, and were both friendly.

Ordered a pizza, marbled cookie brownie, and loaded chicken. Entire order was 30 minutes late. Pizza was wrong, brownie was undercooked, and chicken was cold and half the amount I should've got. When I try to call for a refund, I get sent from an AI to being put on hold, where the store just hangs up while I'm on hold. And of course there's conveniently no other way to get a refund.

EDIT to add that I order from here often and this is the first time I've had an issue, but the fact it was so bad and I can't even get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue is frustrating.“

“S/O to this location Domino’s location on Cross Creek. They are always nice, professional, and consistent. Been going to this location for 5 years and never had an any issues to my orders. I had to make sure they were recognize for their great customer service. Football is back and what a way to kick start it off with the 50% off everything. My kids and I had to run it back - the viral Domino’s pizza!! You can never go wrong!!!“

“Dominoes has the Pizza game on lock! Not only did they have incredible prices, like the deal they have online right now for $9.99 large pizza with unlimited toppings. It’s also great quality and always hot even when you have it delivered. Which is to you within 30-45 minutes, tops! I have completely stopped from ordering any other type of pizza for the last few months (and in no way is that depressing 🤪). So not only do I get Straight fire pizza, but I also stay racking up rewards points which constantly earns me free stuff. If you haven’t tried Domino’s lately, check them out!

“Everything was great, Except the $5.99 delivery fee,for a delivery fee on an order that was $13.75 is Ridiculous and they made it a point to tell you that the 599 doesn't go towards the delivery drivers tip in any way, can you believe that 599 for a delivery fee for a delivery a half a mile down the road from The Pizza store, then I expect you to tip the delivery driver on top of a $6 delivery fee already with today's high cost of living ,come on Domino's , you can do better“

“So I had ordered online the new viral pizza with the garlic pharm sauce . For some reason I put extra! Omg when I recived the pizza it was soo gross . I called the store the next morning and spoke with I believe Jacob. He listened to my request and with no hesitation he replaced my pizza! The second go around was absolutely amazing!!! The cut the cheese the freshness !!! The whole pizza was gone in minutes!!! Thank you Fletcher location!“
