No ac take care of your workers I’m never coming back!

I have in the reasturant twice in the last two weeks, each time the poor workers have no A/C, they are working in unnecessary conditions. It is ridiculously HOT in there, maybe management should take better care of their employees. It is ridiculous they have to be there for hours in the heat.

The staff was nice but it’s absolutely insane they have been working without air conditioning for 3 months now, I went beginning of December and there was no air on and again today still no air. It is extremely hot in there just ordering, I can’t imagine how the workers feel. Other customers in there eating were visibly red and sweating!

The food and service is fine. The owner refuses to allow them to use air conditioning. The place was 90 degrees. The first time I visited I thought it was a fluke but the second time it was the same. Moe’s is good but don’t go to this location.

Great service was even willing to accommodate a gluten allergy! Hard to find places that are willing to do that and it be legit! Thank you to the two people working today for there fantastic people skills and willingness to deal with a difficult situation!

Ordered an Online order at 12:13pm. Got there around 12:45. It said the order Would be ready at 12:28. There was two people already waiting at the pick up then three more people came after 15 minutes of me already waiting. mind you there is no orders on the pick up shelf whatsoever. There was people in line per usual three people working. The lady in front of me told the cashier she has been waiting for 30 minutes she has to go back to work and asked when it would be ready. The cashier girl on the front said we have so many orders right now I’m not sure. What is the point of ordering online if it’s not going to be ready when it says it’s ready my order said the status was complete and would be ready at 12:28 PM. At 1:00 it still was not ready and I asked the cashier does she know what time my order will be ready because I am on my break which is why I had previously ordered it earlier. she said the same thing to me that they have so many orders and she’s not sure if she’s just calling out names. I might as well could’ve just canceled my order and gone online and I would’ve got my food. They have no system at this place. This is the worst Moes I have ever been too. I understand three people working if they are short staffed, but to have online orders waiting for an hour….. It is insane.

I ordered food online when I got there the order was not Ready. I waited for about 5 minutes because they were busy. Then I asked the front counter guy if the order was being made. He asked me for the name said he could not find it. I provided him with the confirmation number from the order he said. Can you wait a few minutes while I take care of these customers? I said of course because they were busy. Waited 15 minutes for him to check the confirmation number. He then checks it says that they got it. But they didn't make it and that I would have to stand in back of the line. That just piled up out the door and order the food again even though I already paid for it. What? I said that that is ridiculous. And I have a child at home waiting for me to be at put to bed. He said sorry there's nothing else that I can do. That's how it has to be handled. I suggested to make the food before the customers that are standing in line. He said no I can't do that. They clearly didn't care. Horrible customer service would not recommend. Don't even know if I will get my refund now. I don't even think there's a manager on duty very poorly managed place.

Absolutely unacceptable to expect guests and workers to operate in 90 degrees. Shut your doors until you can provide reasonable air quality. This is the 2nd time I have been in here over the past 2 weeks and it's still not fixed.

I usually have great experiences here and love getting a burrito every now and then but today I got my usual burrito and it’s way more smoky than normal… to skip the unhappy crunch details there was charcoal in my burrito? I have a piece and I’m looking at it, 100% charcoal? I tried calling to get it resolved but no answer and it hangs up after a minute of being on hold :(

Spent 17 bucks on a burrito and queso the chips where not edible and ranch tasted sour offered to take food back manager never responded and said maybe if we show receipt we can get 20% off don’t come here!!!
