Unreal. Ordered a pizza at 445. It’s 7pm never made it. I under stand your busy on Halloween but that time frame is unacceptable. And your customer service needs some SERIOUS training.
Oh I mean when I got to actually talk to them when they answered the phone after 13 try’s in an hours time.
Like I said I get your busy. But no damage control is a serious no no. When I asked how long for a refund it should not be “uh right away.” Then oh maybe “3 days.”
After receiving an order tonight, that, as usual was missing toppings and arriving cold but tonight with the added bonus of being late, my husband and I tried to contact the customer service review site (which would freeze upon entering any information), we called the provided phone number and ended up sitting on hold for much longer than appropriate, and then were put on hold again after calling the store directly, we have now resolved to reviewing their performance on Facebook....read full review
