This staff needs to learn how to pick up the pace. There should be no way that a big Mac six piece nuggets, hot chocolate and a Sprite berry blast should take 40 minutes at all heard all the staff in there talking about how I need hot chocolate I need this. I need that yet. Nobody is making it happen. The staff needs to learn how to pick up the pace. Unacceptable. All I saw when I went in there was people messing around and playing around instead of doing their job, leave that...read full review

McDonald's provides a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who offer enthusiastic service and ensure orders are delivered promptly. The service and friendliness have improved, with speed comparable to Chick-fil-A. However, occasional mistakes still happen, such as missing items like syrup for pancakes or hash browns from the Big Breakfast. The food is usually hot and good, with many noting that it is fresh compared to other locations. The restaurant's cleanliness can be inconsistent, but the staff's kindness and kid-friendly approach make up for it. The menu includes smaller Happy Meals for younger kids, making it a suitable option for families. Overall, while McDonald's offers a pleasant dining experience, customers are advised to check their orders before leaving to avoid missing items.
