“The food is AMAZING. Had the pork Banh Mi Sandwich. The bread was toasted to PERFECTION. The balance of flavors was spot on. Honestly one of the best sandwiches of my life. Now full diclosure, I have eaten here twice. The first time was good. This time was something special. Also had the spring rolls, light, full of flavor and fresh ingredients. My fiancé had the Pho and she loved it. Generous portion, fresh, and delicious.

My only complaints with this place is the atmosphere is quiet and boring. Both times it was been as quiet as a doctors office in there. If they would liven it up with some music, I could see more people sticking around and eating. Thankfully the hub at Bexley is a great place to eat outside and take in the fresh air. I hope they can fix there marketing and atmosphere, foods delicious!“

“This is my second time and as always the best in the south for a real Philly steak. Went to watch the game and it was amazing good food and good people. Joy and her staff are amazing. The only thing is I like my onions & peppers hopped up in my steak and they wasn’t but it don’t take away from the goodness of the food. I will drive a hour and again for this delicious steak.“

“The staff and the pizza are great. Just don’t try to use their website to order. It took over twenty (20) minutes and finally I had to switch browsers to order pizza. Then it forgot which location I had set as my favorite, even though I have an account , and defaulted to a store that was miles away, whose street name is almost identical to my favorite, Northdale vs North Dale Mabry.

If you *don’t* use Safari the website seems to work well. I had to use Firefox and now I use the app.
The pizza is tasty either way.
They were about 15 minutes this late last time but they were very apologetic and nice about it. They seemed short staffed and I don’t think it was the fault of the staff that were working that night. They are very busy on Tuesday and there were four people waiting in the store for pickup plus a couple of delivery people walking in and out all the time.
The people in my group love the pizza and I don’t think I could change vendors at this point if I wanted.
We used to order from another chain and the quality was inconsistent.

Ironically, that website doesn't allow me to complete my survey on my iPhone. I'll try it on my Mac. I like the pizza it's tasty. We buy it for our study group and they absolutely love the pizza.
I like the people at my store, on N. Dale Mabry, they're wonderful. Please make your website just fractionally as good as your pizza and your service, at least good enough for me to use it to order pizza.
I'll still order the pizza even if I have to phone it in. The people in my group would be disappointed if I ordered elsewhere.“

“Love Panera but tired of not being able to pull up fast and grab my food. Cars are parking in the “pick up 1,2,3” spots while the customer goes inside and sits for over an hour to eat their food. I watch people drive up and literally turn around and leave because there’s nowhere to park. These are for fast service not for the lazy people thwill not park somewhere else. Tow them or make an announcement to move your vehicles.“

“The drive thru is busy, busy. The place uses the business model they adopted during COVID with two line of cars, and efficient employees taking orders in line. I went inside and was the first one in line. I waited about 3 minutes for Andy to help me, but it was a lot faster than waiting in the car line. I passed on the very tempting banana pudding milkshake, frosted coffee milkshake to go for the diet version of the Sunjoy, unsweet iced tea and diet lemonade. You cannot go wrong with grilled chicken nuggets. Several wheel chair access parking spots. This place is all wheel chair access as well as the bathrooms. Great service. I heard a rumor that I can get free tea refills but I didn't have time to stay today.“
