I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for 7 years. Never have I ever been treated with such a judgmental tone and completely disrespected. I was the only one in the drive thru and nobody was in the parking lot. My passenger was smoking. When I got to the window to pick up ONE coffee, the person with long hair and colored ends happily took my money and when they/them realized someone was smoking in MY CAR, their tone completely changed. In a condescending tone they told me that the cigarette had to be put out. I was like excuse me??? There are no signs stating that you cannot smoke in your car if you’re going through a Starbucks drive thru. Again, I am the only one there and they told me to pull forward. I pulled up away from the window to wait for my coffee and the other person that was making my coffee yelled out the window and told me I had to be 25 feet away from the building!!! Still, nobody behind me. I asked him if he was going to bring my coffee out to me and he told me when my passenger was done smoking, I could come back through the drive thru and pick it up! Are you freaking kidding me??? What a joke! I pulled around the building and parked my car to walk in and pick up my $7.00 coffee and they both proceeded to lecture me. I was so mad, I just took my coffee and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! If this treatment is acceptable to Starbucks, I’m completely done with it. How dare you give your employees the power to treat customers this way and dictate what a person can and cannot do in their own vehicle. Mind you, if these employees would’ve stopped talking to me, the window to the store would close. What a bunch of rude bullies! Starbucks should be ashamed.

Paying for overpriced coffee, and mobile ordering it so you don’t have to wait. Then show up after the ready time to wait 8-10 more minutes for an iced coffee. And the reason I had to wait is cause some lady with a pilot hat working won’t stop gossiping with one of the customers. Like seriously someone please tell her to just do her job. Idc how positive she is. I don’t wanna pay for overpriced coffeee to come in to listen to you gossip and not start my order until after I show up.. reflects on the management allowing it. Worst part is, they were t even that busy… like 3 cars in line,….

Pretty disappointed in this location. Waited in a 4 car line for what felt like forever.I am a customer of this location at least 6 days a week.The guy in driver thru today was a totally rude and a disrespectful employee, told my husband he can’t have a cigar in his mouth! I’m sorry this is America and I’m in my vehicle.Some of these employees smell of weed when you physically go into the store. So it’s ok for employees to smell of weed , among other things but someone in their own vehicle can’t have a cigar, cigarette or a pipe in their mouth!Theres no signs posted anywhere in the drive thru, he then shuts window and walks away.If you want customers to follow a rule DONT YOU THINK WE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF IT!I cannot believe the entitlement of this employee!

Today’s experience is both laughable and woke. Walked in to get a cup of coffee with cream at 8am, noticed 12-15 people waiting for the bistro to make Whatever these people ordered. Thinking to myself “I’m glad I only ordered a cup of coffee.”25 minutes later I was handed my simple cup of coffee with cream.I asked the bistro who has purple hair, a black beanie “ “ why couldn’t the cashier turn around and pour my cup of coffee? Waiting for 25 minutes seems a bit much.”Her reply was “ She is in training, and I don’t want to put that stress on her since she is in training”……I couldn’t help myself. “ pouring a cup of coffee is stressful?”Only at Starbucks……

I go out of my way for this Starbucks. They are always quick, efficient, and friendly. Sometimes the line is intimidating, but they never disappoint.

Delivery Driver Here. Accepted offer with 7 miles to pickup. Took me 15 minutes or so to arrive in morning commute traffic.7:30 am. Arrived, saw drinks were ready but not bagged for delivery. Youngstown Ohio employee (Didn't note her name, but overheard her mention hometown) acknowledged me ... then, had me waiting while she served other customers (FYI - A Delivery Customer is Your Customer, too) and chatting. Politely requested with a PLEASE if I could have my order bagged. Scowl and Attitude from Youngstown. Stood there again for about 30 seconds ... she's still not bagging. Reassigned. STOP treating Delivery Drivers with such blatant disrespect for their time and rudeness in communication. The passive aggressive approach is Not Acceptable. I'll say it again - Delivery Customers are YOUR CUSTOMERS, TOO.

Pretty disappointed in this location. Waited in a 3 car line for what felt like forever. I go to leave and my drink tasted awful and the cake pop bag was put with the sandwich bag so it was melted. My sandwich was thrown together and made with so much cheese it wasn’t edible. I used to frequent this location so it’s sad to see the service this sloppy. I’d recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the Starbucks by the outlet mall.

I was in the area and decided to check out this Starbucks location. The location was very hard to go through, and Google Maps could not pinpoint the entrance into the building. When I made it inside, the employees did not greet anyone coming in, although this was largely due to a manager talking to all of them while customers were waiting. This conversation distracted some of the employees from noticing customers were there.When the employees got my order, they were friendly and made it very quickly. The refresher I ordered was good, and so was the cake pop. The stick on the cake pop had some cake mix on it, so i wiped it off.The one major complaint I have is that this Starbucks has no indoor seating and lacks some ambiance. The wooden decoration was a little homey, but it was a little awkward standing around to wait for my drink. In other locations, there would be a couch or some sort of seating area to lounge at. Overall, I had a decent experience and may come back.
