I have to give Shannon a shout out for her amazing customer service. I ordered pumpkin spice lattes with pumpkin spice, cold foam, and I wanted them to be hot, but there was a miscommunication. She happily remade my coffee’s with excellent customer service five star service.
The staff is amazing!! I’m not sure the one ladies name but she knows me by name when I walk in that makes a difference because I’m not just a person. I did a mobile order this past Monday and sent it to the wrong store. She told me don’t worry about it they would make it there for me ( of course I showed her my order) but that shows that she cares. I will continue returning.

I was in the area and decided to check out this Starbucks location. The location was very hard to go through, and Google Maps could not pinpoint the entrance into the building. When I made it inside, the employees did not greet anyone coming in, although this was largely due to a manager talking to all of them while customers were waiting.
