Went here Friday evening (12/06) and again Saturday (12/07).. what a very cool brewery. Food is outstanding, we had the oysters. They were sweet, tender and soo fresh, definitely worth the price. They go along well with their craft beer. We also had the fresh, very lightly coated fish ( haddock) & Chips.Needless to say it was awesome. This Brewery is behind the German-American Club on 66th St. Pinellas Park. By some chance if you don’t like craft beer they have Red/ White Sangria on tap. I cannot say enough about this Brewery/ restaurant. The price is right, exceptionally friendly and of course it is locally owned and operated. Kudos to the chef , staff and the owner. This is definitely my go to place . As to what I recommend… ITS ALL GREAT !!!

Came here as a last minute adventure with the husband. We were so impressed with this little distillery. Family owned and operated. Lots of local brews and a pleasant atmosphere. We arrivedjust after opening and had the place to ourselves for a bit. Check this place out for yourself!

I ran across Welton using my fav go to app Yelp! The service was fantastic, the oysters were fresh and deli-ish; so much so that I ordered another half-dozen. I just had to try the lobster grilled cheese sandwich - nice! A must try and I'll be back.

One of the best Lobster Rolls I have ever had. Maggie and Brandon are just amazing! 100% recommend. A must stop!!!

This place is fantastic. Beyond the outstanding service and delicious beer, the food is top notch. Who knew lobster grilled cheese was a thing? It's delicious.

We just had dinner here. I so wanted to love this place. The food was not bad. It was okay, nothing special or different. Unfortunately the price for what you get is a bit outrageous. We split a lobster roll, $23.95 (downtown has the same MUCH bigger for abt the same price) and a fisherman's basket, $29.95 and upgraded to having french fries. Thank goodness the fries were so good, that's what ended up making us feel satisfied. The business might be better off getting fresh seafood locally, more regularly, and only getting lobster from Maine. It seems the tiny portions, baby fried shrimps especially, might be a result of shipping costs. The people working there are super nice, and craft beer was okay, but nothing new. I wish them well. But, do bring your own meal, as that is allowed, so that you may enjoy the beer and friendly staff.

Fantastic little place, straight out of New England. Oysters were fantastic , Connecticut lobster roll was spot on. Beer was good. Service was excellent. I wanna go back today!

Both were delicious. Also ordered a dozen oysters and they were perfectly shucked and tasted fantastic. The beer selection was great as well. I ordered the “You’re my boy blue” based on telling the bartender beers I like and it definitely hit the mark. 10/10 recommend.

Being from New England the hardest eats to find in Florida is whole belly fried clams and Welton's does them right. The Lobster Stew was a great treat too. Beers are good too

Please don’t miss this place. Is located behind the German society and they are super friendly. Nice services and the food is delicious! I tried the Apple cider and is perfect for a Sunday afternoon.

Dietary restrictions: The only vegetarian option would be the fries and for the kids chicken tenders
